Here’s a helpful side effect comparison: http://www.meds … warticle/768904
My go-to dose is 10mg of tadalafil. I used to go with 5mg when I had more expensive pills that I’d cut down and even 5mg worked fairly well, but now that I have a cheaper source I use 10mg because I get a better effect without much side effects.
Sometimes I go with 15mg if I need it or want it for whatever reason, and 15mg works very very effectively. But I start to have side effects at 15mg.
I have an issue with a disc in my back that becomes inflamed if I use too much. 20mg causes back pain and I think it’s just a waste to use that much. Once I accidentally took 40mg and it the side effects were no fun. Normally I don’t experience much of any side effects except for irritating that already bad disc in my back. If you don’t have a back issues, then you probably won’t ever have an issue.
The back problem comes because tadalafil lasts so long and allows the side effect to build up over time. So I tried avanafil because of it’s short duration. It has a fast uptake any only lasts about 6 hours.
With avanafil I get facial flushing for the first hour, and then I get a significantly stuffy nose. Otherwise no other side effects (no back pain or vision.)
Avanafil is a harder erection (like I hear viagra is) than tadalafil.
