There is a chat function at the top of their web page. When it says “online now”, they are pretty good at answering all of your questions…. A friend tried it last week while I was there, and they said manly was discontinued by the manufacturer, and they have replaced it at the same price with suhagra which is further down the page.
They take Visa over the phone, or via chat, they claimed that their server is not in tune with the new payment processor yet, so it is not offered at checkout.
As to where they ship, I would try chat and ask them. They had a list somewhere on their site, I think it is in the account setup page.
As to C (tada), if you are in the states, they will send you an email that you must respond to that offers you 3 choices: Replace the C with a different medicine, ship to another country, or write them back saying it will not be consumed in the US.
He tried to pay by echeck, but it was turned down by his bank (Prepaid debit card), so he paid with a Visa virtual account number.
