Same as Dino said C is good for several days, but V gives a more intense blood rush. Using a clock face (analog) for reference, after PE stress with C, I will go from 6 o’clock to only about 7:30 or 8:00. With V, I am right back up to 10-10:30, maybe more if my gut wasn’t in the way. ;-)

anyone have problems with kits n more lately? i placed an order and they never issued a usps delivery confirmation number like they used too. been emailing them for over a week and they read my emails but will not respond even. have no idea what is going on with them

Take some nail clippers and cut into the top edge of the metal wrapping around the top and start pealing it back and off. Be carefull not to cut your self while pealing it off as it will be sharp. The stopper is re-useable.

I just use a bottle top opener (like for beer bottles) to pop off the top metal cap. Under that is the manually removable and reusable stopper.
