Combination Of Supplements - Risky Or Not ?
Big hello to Thunder’s community, I recently ordered few different supplements, mostly in form of pills, and I need some thoughts if they are safe to be consumed together in the same time, or together at all. It is kind of a hard to get informations online regarding to this since there are few different products.
All of them I will be using for the first time, some of them I decided to buy based on “holy grail of cum thread” and some of them based on my personal needs. Since I am having trouble falling a sleep I decided to try one product, also I hot something to improve your mood and wellbeing. I am positive guy but too much overthinking about problems and stuff, not panic at all, but overthinking alot. I want to see will this change anything.
Here is the list of items:
- 5-HTP 100mg ( mood help )
- Melatonin 1mg ( sleep help )
- L-arginin L-ornithine L-Lysine in one
- Maca root 750mg
- Zinc 25mg
- Lecithin 1200mg
So most of these items are recommended to be consumed on empty stomach before bed, so I believe it is too much to use them at once. I eo also believe it is too much to be taken on daily basis, I am not fan of pills and things, but I am doing this rather for experimental purpose and than I may stick to some of them.
Any thoughts and experiences are welcome.
