Little or no vitamin C on PE days, right? Can we agree on that?
(Don’t feel like it’s an ‘engraved in stone’ type of thing, if you voice a opinion here. This is just an expression of what is probably the smartest thing to do right now, in PE. Tomorrow that may change. That’s all this thread is: an expression of what we know now. If some new information comes to light, it can be posted here. It’s assumed to be a changing and growing thing… it’s not “set in stone.”)
How about rest days? Vitamin C, or no? What do you guys think?
What is the distinction between ‘rest days’ and ‘cementing?’ Just the length of the break period? Is stretching (like ADS) a good practice during cementing?
Would it be safe to say that keeping vitamin C low during short breaks (1 or 2 days) would be a good idea?
Would it also be safe to assume that during cementing, vitamin C IS a good idea?
