Creatine would certainly not have a negative effect. As to whether or not it would have a positive effect, that is not likely. If anything, it would help in more or less unnoticable ways.
The answer lies in what creatine actually does and the physiology of the penis. Creatine - in the most simple explaination - helps shoot water and vital nutrients to the muscles hence aiding in the growth and healing process. This is different from water retention and should not be confused with any sort of "pump" (inflamation of the muscle tissues). It is a very unique happening.
With adequate hydration, creatine will not have any effect (at least not that have been seen yet) on anything other than muscle tissue. Without adequate hydration, many problems can develop. The penis, contrary to an understandable assumption, is not a muscle. There are muscles in it but they are very small and have no bearing on anything that can be seen while your skin is still attached. A little morbid, I know.
So go and frolic in your fields of Creatine. Just make sure you do the following:
- Don’t pay out the ass for it. (Wholesale supplements, Sports nutrition supplements, Lowest Prices in the World Supplement Direct - Home is very reasonable)
- Drink a lot of water - get used to carrying around a water bottle with you.
- Creatine loading is a load of shit. Take one serving in the morning (with protein and a bit of simple sugar), and one after working out (with a TON of protein and a bit of simple sugar, then eat a cow and a bakery 2-3 hours later)
- If you aren’t working out, it’s more or less useless. In which case, why aren’t you?
But always remember the most important things in weight lifting (in this order) are physical stress (weights), hydration, proper nutrition (lots of protein with enough vitamins), rest, about five other factors, then creatine.
