I have just been reading what other people over the different forums have been saying about it. About 80 % of them had good things to say. Bigger ball sack. Which brand do you use?

Don’t think it did much for me. I was taking a stack of Damiana, Zinc, Citruline Malate, Pygeum, Maca, and Lecithin. The first couple weeks it seemed to help, but I guess after my body got used to it it quit doing anything.
