Has anyone used dhea and what were your results?

I have been using DHEA for awhile now. It is a testosterone booster. I first noticed an immediate toughness to my finger nails, if that makes any sense, lol. You are supposed to cycle it too, two weeks on and two off. I mixed it up and changed to cycling 5 days on and 2 off. I’ll see how that goes.

Did not do anything for me. None if that over the counter stuff does. 20 years as a consumer of you name it. Nothing works very well except real gear.

I have been taking 25mg (cycle 5 on, 2 off; 1 week off every 2 months) for more than 2 years. I am 62 and I do think it helps my energy level; however, I have experienced some (not a lot) hair loss. I have also been taking Propecia for 20 years. Overall. I’m not sure how much DHEA is helping (maybe a little in libido and PE). I noticed more early on (maybe psychological). Anymore, I can’t say for sure, but I don’t have any plans to stop in the near term.
