DHT Concern

I wasn’t able to search for this because DHT is 3 letters. I’ve read that you can use topical DHT (Andractim I think) for a kind of chemical PE. I guess DHT is responsible for genital growth somehow. What I was wondering is, if you’re taking supplements to block DHT in the body to stop hair loss would having less DHT hinder regular PE?

Take easy on hair loss supplements, most of them cause ED.always read the label for side effects

That’s a fairly broad generalization. Let’s just say that some people have erectile problems when using finasteride and related drugs. It doesn’t happen to everyone.

Do a google on Stinging nettle *ROOT* extract, not the leaf extract.. I can positively vouch for it’s effects and I do not suffer from ED.

You can vouch for it’s effects as far as PE is concerned, or hair loss ?

General strength doing weights is obvious as I have changed nothing else in my supplement stack. As far as PE is concerned, it may take longer and then it would still be hard to quantify.. As far as hair loss is concerned.. I’m not losing any more if that helps :)

Nettle Root contains ligands that bind to sex hormone binding globulin and so free up space for DHT and testosterone (and estrogen) to remain unbound and free in the bloodstream. As long as your aromatase levels aren’t high it’s good, but otherwise more testosterone = more estrogen via aromatisation, and more free estrogen in general.

Not quite RD, THe more recent research also has a diminished aromatising effect due to the Stinging nettle root.. i.e. the free testosterone remains exactly that and isnt converted into oestrogens as readily as it would be normally should an excess be available.
