Discomfort from ejaculating

Has anyone had any discomfort ejaculating after taking supplements?
I started taking supplements to increase my load, but more importantly amplify my orgasm. The first time I came after starting the supplements was awesome, although the weed might have been a factor then. The times after it seems like its forcing it out and I feel like I’m blowing plaster out of my dick. Right now I have no idea what it looks like, I’m going to have to pull out so I can see what it looks like.
Here is what I’m taking:

1000mg l-arginine
1200mg lecithin
GNC prostrate and virility multivitin
6000mg fish oil ( rx)
500mg niacin ( rx)

I’m thinking lack of hydration. Are you also taking decongestants or OTC allergy medications? How frequently are you ejaculating?

Stop L-arginine for a week check effects in a log book

If symptoms persist I would drop GNC prostrate and virility

and continue with the rest

although you may experience side effects you are taking concentrates of any of the avobe except or fish oil of course

I’m only taking what’s on the list, and I drink a ton of water. Actually all I drink is water and green tea. I ejaculate almost every day.

The vitimins have pygeum, horny goat weed, saw palmetto, and yohembe.
