Is discomfort in the glans something you just have to put up with in vac hanging

Hey guys I’m using the vac hanger 2 and I’m really strggling with wrapping and hanging at a weight of 4kg. I find it really hard to expell all the air but if I’m successful the discomfort from the vacuum means I can’t hang for more than 5 min before taking a break.

Am I hanging or wrapping wrong or is the discomfort something that has to be ridden out

I tell everyone: vac hanging is suicide. Toss it out the window like the girl in set it off did.

As someone who has not tried hanging yet, why do you consider vac hanging to be ‘suicide’, ESPNSports? From what little I’ve read on the subject, I might consider hanging which involves a noose on the glans somewhat closer to that description.

Any vacuum hangers who want to provide a counterpoint to ESPNSports’s point of view?

And while we’re talking, when is competitive PE going to show up on ESPN? I know; it takes a lot of time to show results. The solution: time lapse photography! I mean, this could be as big as the hot dog eating contest on Coney Island on the Fourth of July!

I find it weird that at 4kg+ it’s uncomfortable for me too. In the past 5-7 days I’m wraping and rewraping to the point of frustration. Are you uncut ?

I’ve never heard about wrapping while using the vac-hanger, is it more comfortable? You can try using the sturdier/heavier sleeves that are better than the blue ones for heavier weights. Taping + Constriction sleeves are necessary for me to have a comfortable experience.

I’m using a first generation vac-hanger and have been pretty successful cramming all of the air out just by pushing my glans into the cup and squeezing in blood, forcing out the air (the air hole should be covered by the sleeve, the pressure should push the air out). Your engorged flaccid should create a seal against the cup, allowing you to roll down the sleeve without letting in any air.

I use a silicone sleeve which although not actually a vac hanger - does share a lot of the same principles. Verdict: 9lb may be more force than is required - I remove my sleeve every ten minutes and massage my unit for a minute before reapplying the sleeve.

Nope. I was under the impression that it didn’t make much of a difference with the vac hanger.

After years of trying vac hanging, I have given up on it. In theory it sounds like a good idea, but the reality is that it causes too many issues that it is not worth it. Just stick to the tried and true methods such as the chicken choker, captains wrench, and bib hanger.

Actually, I think it does. :) The Frenulum is a bitch and the Foreskin a little bitch.

For lower weights (lower than 4 kg) is quite ok, but over is a hassle to find the right combination of skin retraction(if you are uncut), taping(and I’m not talking taping to prevent fluid build up, but taping to let the glans expand to hold on the weight) and possibly some wrapping.

Darn, that’s too bad. Good luck figuring out that learning curve.

I say it’s suicide because it’s basically like the P.E. Equivalent. My experience with the Monkeybar Vac system was painful, destructive, and did not give results.

If you are cut, it would be a crime against humanity to vac hang and not Bib hang.

Ok so I finally figured out a solution… I increase the weight by 1Kg every 10 min to slowly encourage my head to swell to fill the cap. I can now hang with much less discomfort at 5Kg for 20min. Seems a much better solution for me. Try it out guys

I can only vac-hang about 10 lbs. I just made my own bib clone and now I’m up to 15 lbs very easily. Didn’t try more just yet.

You HAVE to apply taping when vac-hanging, otherwise you risk getting blisters and apply too much force on the glans. It has a learning curve, like everything else PE related.

To ESPNSports: You were doing it wrong.
