Is discomfort in the glans something you just have to put up with in vac hanging

To be honest, VAC hanging is probably the best way to go, if you tape it up properly. I hang for an hour each set and do two sets a day. Try that with the bib and you probably won’t be able to keep it up for very long. One caution though, part of my penis was in the hanger that I did not wrap one time, and now it is permanently discolored, majorly. So wrap it up and hour long sessions are no big deal.

Even when applying tape on the glans with vac-hanger you still have to worry about blisters. Just recently a blood blister appeared on my glans after hanging 15 pounds and I even made sure to apply several layers of 3m micropore tape and used a splint as well but still got a blister and was experiencing pain in my glans from the vac pressure. Gaining with BibHanger seems much easier to me because it grips the internals and pulls while it seemed like vac-hanger only was able to stretch my skin. Not being able to hang more than 20 pounds is a huge downside with vac-hanging and the pressure becomes unbearable with higher weights even with proper taping techniques. If someone has figured out how to handle pressure from vac-hanging with 20+ pounds then please tell me!

Hi, What are your gains with this programme?

Thanks

Vac hanging has a very large advantage over hanging with a bib. You can rap the unit directly with a heating pad while you hang. It works well. Heavy weight is good but is not needed. Heat and time are far more important.

I have just ordered Monkey Bar’s Vac Extender basic kit for $110, this is generation 1. Well according to these threads I should stay below 4 kg for it to work, and apply taping. Now what is the anti fluid tape (is it zinc oxide tape)?

The vacuum products from Monkeybar and the Static Stretcher Heavy Duty require you to remove the air yourself without the use of a pump. I vacuum hang with The Grip System, which has a small thing that you plug into the vacugrip and squeeze once to remove air and get the right amount of vacuum.

People complain about the price of The Grip, but it’s easy to attach and it’s comfortable.
