Does icariin have potential for PE

Icariin is the active ingredient in Horny Goat Weed, by the way:

It is a PDE5 inhibitor on a smaller level than Viagra.

Thus, like Viagra, it is fantastic for helping erections but very likely not a cause of permanent penis expansion.
