Effects Of Dht Blockers On Localized Area?

I’ve been using black seed oil on my shaft and had great results in looser and softer skin, but then I started experimenting with it on my balls. I found out that it blocked dht which isn’t something that I want. I do notice that my balls hang higher when I use the oil on it. Not sure if it has any effect on my testicles, but I know people put finasteride on their scalp to prevent hair loss. Finasteride is a dht blocker which prevents hair from being lost. Would oils like coconut and black seed oil have an effect on your scrotum since they block dht? Should you even put oil on your balls?

It may make your balls hairier

Dont put those oils in your dick or balls. They are useless. If its only for the purpose of skin care, just use any after shave.

I would stay away from DHT blockers near your testes and cock.
From my understanding, DHT is responsible for growing our cocks in puberty.

As an attempt to supplement my PE-
I recently started taking DHEA again.
Which in the body is converted to T and DHT
My theory is,
I Take DHEA first thing in AM, wait 30 minutes, and then do my pumping routine,
Objectively I’m trying to get as much of that DHEA and DHT rich blood into my cock.

Kinda like "pre workout" but for my cock. In theory, It should help my growth, internally
