epimedium sag. i want to buy a plant

This is horny goat weed but the thing is I can’t find anywhere to buy it in the us or UK I’ve been searching for awhile now and I really want to buy one please and thanks for any info on the subject

I know nothing about horny goat weed, it took 5 mins and google to find that. Also search for seeds/bulbs (not sure which).

Edit - Sorry, missed the sag part of the title. Any reason why sagittatum and not grandiflorum?

Um I think sag is suppose to have more icariin strength in it but I can’t find any research verifying that

It would take several generations for the plants to develop high enough levels of flavanoids (icariin) to be considered useful. Still, it’s not a bad way to go if you have the patients for a few seasons to sift from the more potent seeds than the leafs. For what’s it worth it would just be easier to buy 1gram tablets or bulk ground powder and a capsule machine for $15 at cap-m-quick to save a few bucks.

Easy to grow from seeds and used extensively for shaded ground cover. Google it as a gardening project rather than a drug thing.
