I got this off of T-Nation.com it’s a bodybuilding web site. There’s been allot of posts about supplements for the use of PEing. When I read this article allot of the statements can be directed a PE.

1) stimulates vasodilation
2) reduces inflammation
3) facilitates blood flow
4) increases rate of recovery.

For the cost of epson salts I am going to give it a try. One thing the article failed to mention is you should drink a glass of water before the bath and glass after due to increase perspiration.

Epsom salt is also known as magnesium sulphate. This restorative technique consists of bathing for 10 to 20 minutes in a warm/hot bath to which 200-400 grams of Epsom salt is added. This is a very simple and effective way to relax your muscles and decrease inflammation. It’s also a good way to increase blood magnesium levels and prevent bloating due to excessive water retention.

A recent study conducted at the University of Birmingham found that bathing in a warm Epsom salt bath can significantly increase mean blood magnesium levels (the average improvement consisting of attaining 140,98 ppm/ml from an initial value of 104.68ppm/ml in a seven days period). This is because magnesium can be absorbed by the skin. We know that magnesium is a very important mineral for athletes, and one that we’re often deficient in. Among other things, it helps with muscle relaxation and Testosterone production.

Epsom salt baths increase perspiration, helping to get rid of toxins and impurities. Magnesium sulphate also stimulates vasodilatation, facilitating blood flow to the muscles and helping reduce inflammation. As a result, these baths can greatly increase the rate of recovery after a hard training session and, as a bonus, they reduce muscle and joint pains associated with an excessive inflammatory response.

The Birmingham study found that up to 600 grams of Epsom salt diluted in a normal size bath can be used effectively and without risk. However, they found that levels of 300 to 400 grams are sufficient. This technique should be used two to three times per week for 10 to 20 minutes after particularly grueling workouts.

Sounds good. I’ll have to check this out. But the question: Take whole bath or just get a container with ability to to just focus on your penis?

I have been taking a whole bath for 20 mins. I have notice that I do hang longer and I am also thicker when I get out of the bath.

20 minutes is what is recommended I can’t imagine standing there for 20 mins with my penis in a glass.

The bath also allows you to keep the water fairly warm.

That increase may be statistically significant, biologically it is absolutely insignificant.

Has anyone tried this yet? What about doing this before your routine as well as after?

You can buy these at basically any drug store right? If so I’ll try it out.

Hey guys I tried this yesterday I put a tea spoon in a cup and then I added warm water, then I held it there for like five minutes. It didn’t give me the salt water effect when you for a swim in the ocean I was expecting. My penis felt like it would feel after a warm towel after a shave. I did it after my exercise so I think it would be a good warm down exercise. And my penis head was not irritated like it gets after doing erect jelqs.

Oh I should also say my penis felt soft and the epson salt cost like 1 buck for a quart shaped milk box size and like gg43 said you do seem plumper
