extracts of Horny Goat Weed. How to..?

I finally found where to buy the “Yin Yang Huo” (Horny Goat Weed). It’s in the form of dry extract.

Sorry guys, maybe it’s a stupid question but..
After I’ll buy the extract, In which way I must eat it?
“natural” with a spoon, dissolved in water or what ^_^’ ???
