Horny Goat Weed

Can Horny Goat Weed help with erection quality, or what is it’s main purpose. I got some Yohimbe, but am afraid to take it. I’ve took one pill so far. I’m also teaing Nox2, and I drank a shit load of beer this weekend. My hangover was terrible. I threw up the next morning, and it was like some yellow pee looking stuff, but I ate nothing yellow. What might this have been. Is there a reason it says don’t drink in excess when taking the Nox2, and the Goat Weed.

The beer is sort of yellow so maybe it was that and since you drank a shit load that might be the problem. I took horny goat weed and it did make a little horny but the effects got less. Yohimbe made me nervous and I never tried the Nox2 yet.

The yellow stuff is bile backing up in your system rejected from your liver.

Wait so is this nox2 stuff fucking me up or what. Should I make myself throw up to see if it is still yellow, what should I do here guys. I just know lately I have felt like I have less energy, but ma bey I just need to go to bed earlier. Could it have possibly just been a bad reaction with the drinking.

I’m thinking it was the shit load of beer more than the nox2. There are lots of things that can make you feel as if you have less energy. Are you getting 8 hours of rest each day? Are you exercising 3 days a week? Are you eating a balanced diet? I know this all sounds, um, corny (I almost said something else) but it is important, especially as you get older. Also, a thyroid imbalance can cause you to be tired all the time, but take care of the rest/exercise/diet thing first.

Directions: Take 3 tablets twice daily - once in the morning on an empty stomach and 1/2 hour prior to lunch.
To maximize results, drink at least 64 ounces of water daily while using NoX2.

64 ounces of water not beer. The fact is that Nox2 can dehydrate you -that’s why they recommend so much water.
What else can dehydrate you? Alcohol or, more specifically, beer.

This stuff was developed to help weight lifters hang on to the pump you get after a workout. It has the side effect of making your wood somewhat harder. It’s not the kind of thing that you take as an aphrodisiac at a party where heavy drinking is involved. If you take it in the morning and in the afternoon as directed, by the time you get around to drinking you should be fine, provided that your intake of water is high enough. The stuff stays in your system. You don’t have to dose before you get busy; it doesn’t really work that way. If you take it consistently like this you will most likely notice a difference - erections will be somewhat firmer.

Horny goat weed is a little bit different, it can be taken as needed. You don’t need an empty stomach, although it helps speed the efficacy.
But most herbal supplements need to be taken every day before a really noticeable benefit is seen. Goat weed will help erection quality to a small degree, but mostly it effects sex drive and in general is more effective for women to help them ‘get in the mood.’

There is no herbal Viagra, with fast, reliable results. Yohimbe probably comes the closest, but even this should be taken everyday to really achieve the benefits.

Warning: do not load up on Yohimbe take a reasonable dosage as recommended on the label of a reliable product.
At ultra-high dosages you can hallucinate and, if you have heart trouble, stroke out.

That said: Twinlabs makes Male Fuel, which is pretty good and relatively inexpensive - it has Yohimbe, L-arginine, zinc and variety of other stuff in it. You take six tablets a day; three in the morning, three at night. You can even take three more right before you get some action but don’t exceed 9 tablets in a day (and I wouldn’t mix it with lots and lots of beer either). Twinlabs also makes Yohimbe Fuel, which I haven’t tried but there are other posts here that talk about it.

Herbal supplements are a little like PE, slow and steady wins the race, and also after taking them for a while you can plateau, which just means going on a supplement holiday for a month before resuming.

I think it was the drink that did you in.
Large amounts of alcohol are kind of contraindicated for getting busy anyway. Or are you just learning this? :P

It seems like you were never drunk as F or else you would know what this yellow shit is. I can’t even remember how many times I was so drunk that I trew up afterwards. :)
