Green tea - bad or good?

I picked up 20 box’s of 100 green tea bags at the 99 cent store.bada bing

I prefer yerba mate a tea from south america delicous it’s healthier than green tea DRINK UP

I’ve been into tea for a long time and have found the health benefits to be secondary to the taste and my own enjoyment. ;)

I would highly recommend trying some of the ‘real’ stuff - best introduction to high grade Japanese green tea online would be someplace like Den’s tea - they have a beginner sampler (Den’s Tea) that is only $3 and comes with very good instructions on how to brew it properly (very important)

Now-days I drink mostly oolong tea (not black or green tea), but I still drink green on occasion.

Green tea with finely chop ginger and honey is the bomb, and really good for you .

The best GREEN tea is brewed from cannabis buds. :cool:

I’m much more of a pu-erh tea drinker but I do like to mix it up with some green tea or oo-long every now and then.

Considering that THC is not water-soluable, brewing tea with cannabis is a waste of good cannabis. You’d be better off cooking with it.

Green tea seems so faddish. All of a sudden people are drinking it and making mmm mmm sounds like it is a blowjob or something. Sounds like more advertising jargon to me.

Word. Except I only like when drank traditionally, in a gourd with the leafs inside being directly drunk through a bombilla. Very healthy too.

As to the question on making tea decaf, I believe if you steep the leaves for 30 seconds, most the caffeine has been extracted, so I if you throw away that water, and steep it in a fresh cup you have your own cup of decaf tea. However, you probably end up extracting a lot of other healthy "stuff" and run thr risk of over extracting and thus making your tea bitter…yuck.

I have almost cut out drinking coffee completely and are drinking lemon and other fruit teas instead. My skin has improved in complexion.
