H2O2 Detox: Energy levels

5th dose at 5 drops. No problems. Fluoride is fucked up. I wrote a paper on it. It was a way of disposing of hazardous waste when the industrial revolution was starting in the US. People are slowly realizing that it isn’t good for you now.

7th dose taken just now at 5 drops, the last dose before I go to bed. I have to say originally I was put off a little by the taste of hydrogen peroxide, but now I kind of look forward to it. No adverse side effects to report. No positive side effects to report either. I have not really noticed any difference anywhere yet. No “die off” effects. My sense of taste and smell seem a little better, but I attribute that to the placebo effect. I bet when I get to the higher doses though I will surely feel something.

It could be my imagination too, but I feel like I “zone out” less often, and when I do “zone out” I come out of it faster.

8th dose taken in the morning on an empty stomach at 6 drops. Nothing changing.

Make sure you got the 35 percent.. Some advertise as 35 percent but it’s actually diluted by half for legal reasons due to shipping. It so.. Take twice as many drops. Read the fine print on the bottle.

Thanks, I didn’t know that. Nope, this is pure 35% food grade. No where on the bottle does it say it is diluted. It came in a bunch of packaging so I believe it is legitimate.

K.you should be good to go. I have read all the pros and cons and I’m the ultimate skeptic when it comes to this stuff. Even within the established med community it seems ok and might do a lot of good and certainly nothing bad.

10th dose overall at 6 drops (only did 1 dose at 3 drops the first day, then went to 4 drops the next morning). Going to 7 tomorrow. I feel no different than from when I started. I have to admit I’m a little distraught. I was hoping that this would boost my energy levels. Must be something else (probably all mental).

11th dose 7 drops in milk.

7 drops in water. Good god I have bad gas today. It’s way too inconvenient to go courtesy flush a fart.

8 this morning.

Short post because I was cooking then I had to deliver a baby. At least 3 lbs 6 oz. Anyways, 8 drops this morning diluted in chlorine free water. The poop joke above is relevant because I was feeling a little constipated yesterday and this morning. I also felt flush this morning after I took my dose. Other than those symptoms everything else is normal.

It is 2:30 p.m. here. I took my mid-day dose of 8 drops about an hour ago. I have diarrhea but not bad. It is due to the hydrogen peroxide. I have also been feeling a rumbling in my abdomen. I don’t fell bad and the diarrhea is nothing more than inconvenient so I’ll keep going up in dose. I’ll start setting symptoms and number of drops aside from the body of each post so it is easier to see at first glance.

8 drops (3 times per day)

Rumbling in abdomen
Flush (very mild but noticeable)
Diarrhea (only one bowel movement)
