H2O2 Detox: Energy levels

Well I have to report that I messed up again .
I took 3 drops again today instead of 4 .

However , I think it gave me diarrhea .
Tomorrow I’ll stay at 3 drops and see how the body feels .

That’s shitty :) . Man I hadn’t worked outside for quite a while until today and I have to say I did pretty damn well. I felt good.

Face, neck, and arms are a little red. Going to sleep like a rock tonight :) .

I only took 18 drops once yesterday. Moving on. 20 drops this morning on an empty stomach in 2 divided doses. 10 drops in 1 10 oz cup of milk and 10 drops in 1 10 oz cup of water. I hope I get the other 2 doses in today but if I don’t I think I will keep on moving up anyways just to get this over with. It is difficult to plan my day around taking the hydrogen peroxide when I also have to consider when to eat for weight lifting.

To mask the flavor of the h2o2 , I put a organic flavored tea bag in my water jug .
Works great !
I use one without caffeine .

Doing 3 drops again today .The D might have been a fluke .
Anyway , forward !

Oh , thought about coffee and chlorine .
After being heated and sitting in the pot for several hours , the chlorine has to have evaporated .

No number three today. I had too much shit going on. For the sake of this thread I will stay at 20 drops tomorrow. I am trying to deviate as little as possible from the original dozing regiment.

Constipation. Him and diarrhea are taking turns.

I don’t mean to be a debbie downer here but the majority of the H202 sold online is not the real deal no matter what it says on the package.. For instance the USPS will not deliver the real stuff and you have to sign for the delivery with FedEx. I’m very leary of drinking it anymore and prefer to bath in it. 1 cup per tub.
