Most will ship to UK, but if you want a UK company then I’ve personally used both of these for propecia:

Just because they’re UK sites though doesn’t necessarily mean that they ship from the UK. Delivery is usually 3-4 days.

I’ve never seen anyone mention this one before, but I’ve found that eating a lot of blueberries seems to stall my own hair loss. Blueberries are known for having high concentrations of antioxidants (specifically, anthocyanin), so it must have to do with that. Just did some googling on this, and there has been research that suggests that blueberries slow some aging processes (nothing specific on hair loss, though).

I can’t eat loads of blueberries all the time (it seems like I’d need to off at least 1/4 pound a day to get the desired effect), so I’m going to try a supplement. There is at least one “blueberry extract” supplement out there. I’m going to get started on it and report the results here.

Vasodialators are also suppose to help prevent hairloss by improving circulation to the scalp, which I guess removes DHT buildup that damages the follicles over time. So sinse we PEers like our vasodialators anyways, it’d be a good time to start using them. Nox2, Ginko, cayanne etc.

I just started extra strength Rogaine, I’ll post up if I see a difference.

I read that saw palmetto had some promising results for reducing DHT. I take propecia and have had GREAT results since I started in January this year. My hair is back to where it was when I was a kid.

I’ve been using propecia for 7 years with great results and no side-effects. So unlike my dad and my brothers, I won’t be experiencing their hair loss issues.

After eleven days taking blueberry extract, I’m happy to report that it works. I can’t say that it’s stopped my hair loss altogether, but it has made a big difference. The supplement I’ve been using is Wild Blueberry by DailyFoods. Four of the little pills per day have done the trick, and more would probably work better. However, since 1 tablet is equivalent to only 7 blueberries, and a bottle of 60 tablets costs $18, I’d probably save money by just eating fresh or frozen blueberries daily.
