I agree that most of these ingredients are present in the popular male enhance products.
Perhaps the extract strength of each herbal inegredient could be mentioned so that it helps one to make his own effective formuala.

Yohimbe/L-Arginine/Zinc probably the only ingredient that could do anything.

And by “do anything” I mean help with erections. Not add 5 inches in a week.
