What is the best brand of HGH in pill form, I’ve heard of people injecting it into them, but that is not for me.

HGH is not in pill form.
HGH is a protien so if ingested the stomache just eats it up and the body uses it like any calorie source.
THere are meds or supplements reputed to increase natural growth hormone secretion. Arginine, ornithine, and lysine are three amino acids supposed to do this. I’m not sure that the amount of increase is actually significant though.

And Gh is much too big to be transdermal. GABA and Alpha GPC show promise.
