Wanted to share a quick update since starting the stack in June. Some impressive results last night. First, I’ve added two herbs: Dong Quai and Maca Root. My current stack (daily):
1360 mg Soya Lecithin
100 mg Pygeum
50 mg Zinc
400 mcg Folic Acid
756 mg Swedish Flower Pollen
1000 mg L-Lysine
500 mg L-Carnitine
1130 mg Dong Quai
525 mg Maca Root
859 mg “Libido-Max” formula
(L-Arginine, Ashwagandha, Epimedium, Tribulus, DMG, Yohimbe, L-Tyrosine, Cayenne Powder, CDP-Choline, Asian Ginseng, NADH, Bioperine)
Again, that’s my daily dosage. On special occasions, I’ll do quad dosage on the Libido-Max and double the dose on everything else (except Zinc) and add 100 mg of Sildenafil (not relevant to Semen production). So on this special occasion last night, I shot out a massive forceful one. But the one after that was almost astonishing. During the buildup before ejaculation, I started gushing forceful, runny spurts that sprayed everywhere. But I wasn’t “cumming” per se because I was still edging and feeling the buildup. Then came a massive ejaculation after. It was like I came twice in a row.
I’m attributing this to the Maca and Dong Quai since I’ve never achieved results quite like this before taking these two herbs. I also drank about 3 liters of water that day (probably more).
One last thing, I’ve added celery to my diet which is part of many people’s stack.
So just to recap, I was skeptical at first while starting the stack several months ago. Results were minor to moderate but nothing that really wowed me. But it seems like I’ve found what really works for me now so I’ll be sticking to it without changes. The only thing I may change is cycling this month.
