About a year ago, before I even became committed to PE, I found this thread and tried it.
I dose with this for 2-3 days before I know I’ll be seeing the gf:
1000mg l-arginine
1000mg pygeum
2,400mg sunflower lecithin
50mg zinc
It works. Orgasms are better, tons of precum, and bigger loads (about double size).
After about a years worth of experimentation, I’ve found that lecithin alone is what is responsible for most of the load. I’ve megadosed this before (maybe 6,000mg) and definitely saw big changes. L-arginine is mostly a blood flow enhancer (it’s also marketed as a nervous system health supplement which is cool) that might make erections harder faster. Pygeum for precum, always fun. Zinc I honestly don’t know if it does anything but it’s good for immune system health/testosterone anyway so I’ve been taking it.
Keep in mind that unless you’re trying to cum buckets all the time there is absolutely no reason you have to take this supplement every day. Taking it for weeks on end will not change anything, in fact it might just make you build a tolerance and have it stop working alltogether. I see results as early as 12 hours after dosing.
If you take this stack for 3 days and when you cum you see and feel no difference, good chance it won’t work for you.
I’ve also found that I have a hard time lasting long while on l-arginine. Definitely ramps up my libido and speeds things along.
Anyway I’d like to thank OP and everyone in this thread for the discovery of this fun trick and I hope my experiences can be helpful to some.
