About a year ago, before I even became committed to PE, I found this thread and tried it.

I dose with this for 2-3 days before I know I’ll be seeing the gf:

1000mg l-arginine
1000mg pygeum
2,400mg sunflower lecithin
50mg zinc

It works. Orgasms are better, tons of precum, and bigger loads (about double size).

After about a years worth of experimentation, I’ve found that lecithin alone is what is responsible for most of the load. I’ve megadosed this before (maybe 6,000mg) and definitely saw big changes. L-arginine is mostly a blood flow enhancer (it’s also marketed as a nervous system health supplement which is cool) that might make erections harder faster. Pygeum for precum, always fun. Zinc I honestly don’t know if it does anything but it’s good for immune system health/testosterone anyway so I’ve been taking it.

Keep in mind that unless you’re trying to cum buckets all the time there is absolutely no reason you have to take this supplement every day. Taking it for weeks on end will not change anything, in fact it might just make you build a tolerance and have it stop working alltogether. I see results as early as 12 hours after dosing.

If you take this stack for 3 days and when you cum you see and feel no difference, good chance it won’t work for you.

I’ve also found that I have a hard time lasting long while on l-arginine. Definitely ramps up my libido and speeds things along.

Anyway I’d like to thank OP and everyone in this thread for the discovery of this fun trick and I hope my experiences can be helpful to some.

I have been trying to increase my loads for years, and have taken various supplements with varying effects.

It was not until some months ago I became more focused, as I had a few potential girls on the horizon hungry for some creamy dessert. They just did not know about it. :P

Anyway, the biggest load I shot was after abstaining 4 or 5 days. It literally flew diagonally to the other side of a king-sized bed. I took ca 30mg of zinc, selenium, around 6000mg of lecithin, maca, and L-arginine. Also, I drank 2-3 litres of water each day, and ate half a watermelon on the big day. I was surprised as hell, as usually it just drips out in tiny volumes. I guess the watermelon was a big part of it.

More recently I noticed that I was shooting (not too far, but nevertheless) for several days in a row (without any abstaining), and then it started dripping again. With some testing and elimination I determined that it was likely the result of coconut water I had been drinking the same day/evening. I have had this effect from coconut water constantly (around 200ml seems to do the trick). It is not cheap, though, as a litre of this stuff costs around 6 euroes where I live.

I recently bought a bottle of Tribulus Terrestis (250mg), a potent bottle of Vitamin E, and just ordered Pygeum (500mg). I have not yet had the chance to test them out on a girl, but will do so soon enough.

I am also taking Acetyl L-Carnitine, and started taking Mucuna Pruriens, both of which are claimed to be beneficial for sexual performance. There is also a tincture for men which I take and has helped quite a lot I will try to remember to write down the ingredients once I locate the labeling.

I forgot: I also eat around 1-6 stalks of celery per day. I do not find it especially tasty nor easy to eat, so I generally keep it to 1 or 2 stalks per day, but more when I am meeting girls, or need to have a higher load. :P

A small amount of soy is fine for the male body. It’s the excessive use of soy; I.e. Soy protein, soy pancakes, soy milk 😲 is detrimental to the male (even female) body. Too much soy will bring estrogen levels up too high.

Soy sauce, edemame, and the occasional soy intake will not do too much damage to the male endrocin system.

Blood Thinner

I have an artificial heart valve and have to take Coumadin (Warfarin) to keep blood thin so it will not put a load on heart. I was wondering if any of the supplements that you are using will interfere with the Warfarin.I’m kind of getting old (64) but we all like to have a huge load.
