I’d like to share what has worked for me. I have always been a dribbler. The most I had achieved was one large rope, sometimes over the head of my girlfriend. But it was always something exceptional, and rare.
I’ve tried a lot of things, and finally found what seems to work for me. I couldn’t believe it when I finally covered my girlfriend’s face with three large ropes, and another three medium ones. It might sounds ridiculous to some people, but it was one of my dreams to achieve that. It’s really exciting both to me, and my partner. When it happened again a week later, I knew I had found my holy grail of cum.
I have read this thread a lot, and feel that I should share what, I insist, worked for me (maybe not to others). I hope it helps someone else.
Okay, here we go:
Zinc: I take a single pill of 30mg PER WEEK. Yes, per week. I tried taking a pill every day with no effect. I take my zinc on Wednesday, or Thursday.
Lecithin: pills don’t work for me. I take a tablespoon of soy lecithin granules, again, PER WEEK. Too much lecithin kills my drive. I take my lecithin on Sundays.
Pineapple: take some NATURAL (canned wouldn’t work for me) pineapple. It will be enough to take it a single day per week. Thursday, for example.
Raw tomato: Not sure of its effects, but It won’t hurt you, and It will be enough to take one or two tomatoes per week, in a salad, for example.
And that’s all. I swear I didn’t take anything else. I eat everything, in a quite healthy way. Cutting sugars, refined carbs and junk food, and raising natural, protein full meals will help (meat, fish). The key for me was to take my supplements weekly, instead of daily. Taking zinc and lecithin every day killed my drive and had very little or no effect in my load.
I also recommend to lift heavy weights (squats; be careful with your back) and training compound exercises, specially pull ups. Sprinting once a week is great too. That will raise your testosterone levels and your drive. I can’t say for sure if it affects or not to your load volume.
Important: I got this incredible six ropes over my girlfriend’s face without training kegels. Kegels killed my drive too, when I tried them.
