I’m saying the opposite. I would not take Pygeum if you’re in your 20’s and 30’s because DHT is beneficial to your sex drive, muscle mass, etc. I know personally, my libido took a sharp drop after months of taking Pygeum. After cycling for just a week, I was hornier than a dog.

So where does that leave anyone wanting to boost T and precum?

Hi, first of all, sorry for my english. I’m not native.

I’d like to share what has worked for me. I have always been a dribbler. The most I had achieved was one large rope, sometimes over the head of my girlfriend. But it was always something exceptional, and rare.

I’ve tried a lot of things, and finally found what seems to work for me. I couldn’t believe it when I finally covered my girlfriend’s face with three large ropes, and another three medium ones. It might sounds ridiculous to some people, but it was one of my dreams to achieve that. It’s really exciting both to me, and my partner. When it happened again a week later, I knew I had found my holy grail of cum.

I have read this thread a lot, and feel that I should share what, I insist, worked for me (maybe not to others). I hope it helps someone else.

Okay, here we go:

Zinc: I take a single pill of 30mg PER WEEK. Yes, per week. I tried taking a pill every day with no effect. I take my zinc on Wednesday, or Thursday.

Lecithin: pills don’t work for me. I take a tablespoon of soy lecithin granules, again, PER WEEK. Too much lecithin kills my drive. I take my lecithin on Sundays.

Pineapple: take some NATURAL (canned wouldn’t work for me) pineapple. It will be enough to take it a single day per week. Thursday, for example.

Raw tomato: Not sure of its effects, but It won’t hurt you, and It will be enough to take one or two tomatoes per week, in a salad, for example.

And that’s all. I swear I didn’t take anything else. I eat everything, in a quite healthy way. Cutting sugars, refined carbs and junk food, and raising natural, protein full meals will help (meat, fish). The key for me was to take my supplements weekly, instead of daily. Taking zinc and lecithin every day killed my drive and had very little or no effect in my load.

I also recommend to lift heavy weights (squats; be careful with your back) and training compound exercises, specially pull ups. Sprinting once a week is great too. That will raise your testosterone levels and your drive. I can’t say for sure if it affects or not to your load volume.

Important: I got this incredible six ropes over my girlfriend’s face without training kegels. Kegels killed my drive too, when I tried them.

I’m curious because the standard stack doesn’t work for me. So I was finishing the pills and forget about cum increase.

I didn’t try the standard stack, but as I said, tried a lot of things (some of them combined) and none of them worked (Tribulum, Maca, swedith flower pollen, saw palmetto & pygeum.). The more pills I took, the less drive I had. So I used to quit them.

I have enjoyed those big spurts three times in the same month, and after I started to take my supplements in a weekly basis. By the way, it all happened by chance. I started taking 30mg of zinc weekly because of training reasons, and a tablespoon of lecithin in order to keep my cholesterol levels low. And then, boom!, it happened. I observed that I have had pinnaple and tomato too during that month (not too much, anyway), and that’s why I included them in my post.

I hope it works for you (and keep working FOR ME!). I feel so happy these days that I’d like that everyone achieve it. Remember to eat a good amount of high quality protein in your diet. In my experience, that always help. Raising heavy lifts, compound exercises and sprints helps your drive a lot, but I’m not sure if it affects to your load.

By the way, I’m 41.

I’ve noticed you guys might laugh but after eating tomato soup I always have a bigger load the next day. I know tomatoes are high in Lycopene. I wonder if there’s some sort of connection ?

Anybody find an alternative for pygeum? Or something for precum?

Crawled this site for a few months and hats off to all the dedicated members. I am seeking advise on the following list of supplements I have been taking daily now for about 1 week.
Goals:
Larger load
Increased hardness
Increased frequency for more intercourse
