I’m in my mid-forties so I know what he is going through. Make sure you give him adequate time to ‘build up’ his semen. If you have sex five times a day, he won’t be able to produce that much cum. Alternately, giving him a couple of days off will help (if you can ;) ).

Purple Rose, How Lack has given you some great advice about diet, exercise, hydration, etc. He’s also correct that things just aren’t the same for most guys in the bedroom as age starts to kick in.

From my own experience, I’m 58 and I’ve been in a great relationship with my girlfriend for over two years. When we started dating, I noticed that my EQ wasn’t what it used to be. Hi sricardo, I read what you said about pygeum, and using it only if its bark, Do you have any experience with it? I have been trying for sometime now to produce precum and have little luck. I’m using a standardized extract from piping rock right now.. I think at one time I did use a bark one as well. If you have used what brand was it and what sort of results did you get?

After 6 months of experimenting and research, I’d like to share my current stack:

L-Arginine (Libido Max)
L-Lysine
L-Carnitine

Amino acids are greatly concentrated in the heads of sperm. Studies have shown amino acids increase sperm count. Your body will increase semen volume to supplement this.

Zinc
Folic Acid

These two work hand in hand. Folic Acid helps your body absorb and process Zinc. Zinc has been shown to be beneficial to men’s reproductive systems, with the effect of increasing volume.

Damiana
Maca
Tongkat Ali

These herbs are aphrodisiacs and also stimulate testosterone production, which can lead to increased volume. There are other benefits but I would consider these three optional.

Libido Max

This blend has L-Arginine and more herbs like Ashwagandha, Tribulus, Horny Goat Weed, Yohimbe and Asian Ginseng. Also contains Bioperine, which helps your body absorb supplements and herbs. I take it more for sexual response and blood flow, but it does increase volume. This blend is optional.

Sunflower Lecithin

Lecithin is where a bulk of your volume increase will come from. It is the backbone of volume stacking. A couple notes though:

As stated by other members, drinking plenty of fluids is a must if you want to see gains. Fluid increase has the biggest impact on volume increase. I try and aim for 80-120 FL oz. A day. How does this tie into Lecithin? Without enough fluids, Lecithin will make your semen thick and clumpy.

Pygeum/ Saw palmetto can really mess up your libido.. The first day I took it it was great! But by day two penis felt like a still birth lol took about a week for my normal erections to come back. I just take a ultra man multivitamin and maca root and I pump out about 6 pumps per sex session of a hefty load.

Pygeum may work differently for others but bear in mind it’s for prostate health and if already healthy it’s unnecessary stimulus for it which could lead to loss of libido. I saw keep away from pygeum/ saw palmetto. Maca is where it’s at!
