Goals:
Larger load
Increased hardness
Increased frequency for more intercourse
Trying to get my wife pregnant even after she had tubal ligation surgery 4 years ago.
We have looked into reversal for this but wanting to beat the odds on our own unless the risk override.

List:
Zinc = 50 mg
Lecithin = 1200 mg
L-Arginine = 2000 mg
Phygeum = 500 mg
Omega 3 fish oil = 1600 mg
Niacin = 500 mg
Probiotic 10 = 20 billion units
Digestive Enzymes
Men’s multivitamin
FertilAid = 3 per day

Drop zinc if you have a good diet not need it
Pygeum only if it bark form not pills or tablets
Niacin I do not know why you taking it it is for gym activities mostly
Probiotic and Digestive enzymes You suffer gut problems?
Men’s multivitamin I would not wast my money on that

Hey guys

Here is what I use

Leichin 1380mg 1 per day
Zinc 50mg per day

Could I take l’argine additionally with this?

I see from skim reading pygeum isn’t safe? I’m 33 so safety first after all. And yes first post but eager to learn the ways and make a contribution :)

ChaosZ,

Yes you can. From what I have researched I feel pygeum is safe. As I’m 46, I’ve decided to start on pygeum, more for prostate health than for precum secretions.

Check out the following link: https://www.dru … npp/pygeum.html

Thanks for the replies guys. Think I’ll skip phygeum for now. If for nothing else till I get more info on it. I’ll try the other though. As for zinc, is it normal on intake it makes you a little sick. It lasts like 10-20 seconds but curious to see if this is normal or not

Lecithin has no effect on Estrogen

Correct, Lecithin extracted from Soy has no effect on Estrogen. Certain proteins in Soy do have such effect. Lecithin is a fatty substance (phospholipids).. Lecithin usually available from sources such as soybeans, eggs, milk, marine sources, rapeseed, cottonseed, and sunflower. So one can just get Lecithin that is extracted from a different source if one doesn’t believe the science :)

Actually along with Lecithin is the most important part.

On paper, this is correct but in reality - not necessarily true. For example, there was an independent test of a leading brand of Soy Lecithin and the results were: 0.23% phytosterols by weight. That’s roughly as potent as Soymilk.

Depends on age really. Sexually speaking, there’s pro’s and con’s to taking Pygeum.

When I give hubby his bj after this 2 weeks of build up and diet, and he is about to ejaculate, should I (A), let him cum on my sore swollen boobs, (B) cum all over my huge belly, (C) take it as a facial, or (D) do my best to swallow all that baby batter! (Yuck). We will tally up the responses at the exact 2 week mark. Be kind guys, remember I’m pregnant!

Well if you want to benefit from it - definitely a facial! There are couple thing in the ejaculate that do wonders for the skin! KEEP IT OUT OF YOUR EYES! But to spread it well over your face and neck. Let dry on the skin then rinse.. And that’s not a joke.. It seriously works wonders for the skin!

So. This is what I’ve been taking for around 2 weeks now.

Morning
1 Omega 3
1 Selen 30 mg
1 Lecithin 1200 mg

Evening
1 Omega 3
1 Zink 25 mg

Don’t think much has happend I’m sad to say.

Thoughts?
