Your body may need a higher dosage amount. I would increase your Zinc to 50mg/day (no more than 50) and increase you Lecithin to 2400mg/day.

Another thought: I asked how long before seeing the effects of taking the supplements. The answer I received was around 3 weeks before I would see any change.

I am also taking L-tyrosine for low energi and little anxiety, but that can’t fkc it up I hope!

Just improve your diet is all out there not even superfoods just foods to be had and ready available and digestible for your body unlike herbs and vitamins most of it goes out because it gets rejected .

The thoughts are: you are not using the original stack exactly. You can’t expect to pick and chose what to use and what not and change doses too and expect results.. This is true for ANY STACK.

Seeking Advice.

Just wanted to say thank you to the original poster and everyone else for your helpful information. My boyfriend and I are looking to increase his load (number of spurts) as well as frequency of intercourse. We’re of the older generation (46female and 50male), so any advice is welcome. So far he’s taking the 50mg zinc, 1200 lethicin, and Maca (spelling?). We are so far unable to find the pygeum local or online. He has also been doing some of the jelqing exercises. So far we have noticed increased frequency of his being horny, small amount of precum with the jelqing and I notice a slight increase with oral sex. Thanks for your tips and encouragement. It makes complete sense about staying hydrated. Taste isn’t an issue, we both just want more volume. He says that the actual spurts is what is the best feeling for him so definitely looking to increase that for him. As I have said, knowing my man is satisfied is my goal. Has anyone taking the supplements and doing the jelqing exercises had trouble ejaculating? He’s been taking the supplements for about 2 weeks and we noticed changes almost immediately.
