OneSource Men’s Ultimate MultiVitamin
Green Tea with Hoodia
Red Yeast Rice
Fish Oil
Acai

After reading this thread, I added the following:
Saw Palmetto (I just turned 40)
Lecithin

I don’t have the dosages on me, but I remember the Lecithin was 800mg. The bottle called for 1 pill (400mg) twice a day so naturally I thought I’d jump start the project and take 2 pills twice a day. I started this on Thursday.

Saturday afternoon I realized I hadn’t had an erection since I started the Lecithin. Sunday evening I still hadn’t had one, and when I tried to masturbate I couldn’t get hard. Monday afternoon I managed a weak erection after some porn and I ejaculated but with no intensity or noticeable increase in load. I’ve always been able to get erections on demand, especially porn aided. I’ve never had EQ issues and I typically masturbate at least once a day, some days 2-3 times.

Naturally, this concerned me, so with Monday evenings dose I cut the Lecithin in half. Same again with Tuesday morning, so now I’m taking the recommended 400mg pill twice a day for a total of 800mg. This afternoon (Tuesday) I had a raging hard-on and good orgasm. I don’t think quantity was increased, but it’s far too early to tell yet.

As for Pygeum, I naturally secrete a ton of pre-cum, so I’m afraid to try it. Also, I can’t seem to find it anywhere nearby. Money is an issue, so I’m pretty much limited to what I can find at Wal-Mart.

Instead of peguem can we use Saw Palmetto?

I found out , the hard way, that credit card companies add a fat surcharge to purchases made overseas. At least, Capitol One does. I bought something from a company in Australia and they had a “foreign currency exchange fee” on the statement. Really gouging, I thought. Add on the international shipping, our weak (compared to AUS) dollar, and it’s really expensive!

If you like, I can look into it.. The prostate-eze cost me $40.- odd AUD for 30 tablets so it’s not cheap.. I can look into postage to the states too, at least ask what it would costs for one box or x boxes..

It’s been over a week since I added Lecithin to my regimen. I have noticed a small increase in volume, but no change in orgasmic intensity. I’ll keep it in the mix for now since it is supposed to be good for general health. I may try adding some Zinc and/or Pygeum if I can find it locally.

I just found all the ingredients at Well.ca

The Pygeum is combined with Saw Palmetto. Eagerly awaiting delivery.

I tried this before and it did not work. The Australian brand that they talk about here has 15,000 mg of pygeum per pill, and you cannot find something like this in Canada or the US short of taking pygeum extract directly.

So guys that have tried this stack for a good period of time: what are your results? Thanks.

Thanks, could you? I’m stumped why this product isn’t sold in the US. I figured supplements don’t need FDA approval, so why wouldn’t they have a distributor here?
