I’m using about 400 mg . a day , and while edging I’m juicing .

Just a thought , how much lecithin do you do ? I’m using 1200 mg with 100 mcg chromium picolinate .

Just found this link for bulk standardized pygeum bark 600 mg, sold right here in the USA.

At just $23.30, for 90 caps, seems like a great deal. You would be able to quickly match the amount of pygeum provided in Prostrate Eze with these caplets.

The problem with the 600mg pygeum, is that you need to use 25 capsules, or nearly a third of the bottle to equal one dose of the Prostate Eze Max. So at a cost of roughly $6.50/day, it seems a bit steep.

I would love to come bucket loads, but I’m just not willing to spend that kind of dough to do it.

Never have, no luck yet. Too bad, it looks interesting.

My lecithin supplement is also 1200 mg. I gave up on the chromium after no results with that one.

I do use a zinc picolinate supplement though (25 mg 2x/day)

Is hard to get pygeum where I am , swansons 500mg looked the best bet, but was not available anywhere online

I have a bottle of Lecithin concentrate 400mg, the directions of use say to take 1 pill two times a day. I was wondering if it would be bad to take 3 a day?

valve , I use GNC Triple Lecithin 1200 mg. , with the stack .

So , I would think that amount would be fine .

I use lecithin granules from Swanson Vitamins.

Same with me. The granules are easy to mix in a protein drink or soups, both of which I eat daily. However, there are other things I haven’t been able to mix it in such as plain water.

Been using Swanson’s for all my supplements since 2008. I’m on their email list and 1-3 times a year they run some great deals. A little over a week ago bought all the supplements (pills) I use to last me the rest of this year.

I have been using the L-Arginine for a couple of days now and I must say, it does it’s job pretty well.
I’m horny 24/7 on this shit and this is only a 500 mg doses. Although I have to say that the first day I got a minute of increased heart rate and it surprised me a bit. Now after reading this thread and noticing the post that people have died of L-Arginine is kind of a shock to me. But those were excessive amounts and realizing that, I’m cool with it.

This has the largest amount of pygeum I’ve found at my vitamin shop . And the least other things .

And they cost $7.00 for 1 month supply . However , since they are so inexpensive , I’m taking double doses .

With my usual dose of 300 mg , I get real juicy when I’m edging or playing with him .

So, I can only guess what my glands will do with extra pygeum . WooHoo !!
