- Magnesium
I bought enough of everything for 100 days and just took my first batch.
When it comes to low semen production, it seems like the #1 culprit for most guys is a zinc deficiency, so this will be an interesting experiment.
Naturally, I’m a bit hornier than usual today (I’m already precumming lol), but I think that’s just because of the excitement of trying something new, and the thought of hopefully cumming all over myself like I’m 20 again. But I’ll have to wait to see what the actual results are after a few weeks.
