Is there a preferred form or zinc for people like gluconate or sulfate? I don’t remember what, if any form, is recommended.

Supplements can start working at different times. From experiences, ones that impact sperm (unless its the taste) will take a while to have their full impact, and I mean possibly 2 weeks. Supplements that impact libido and erection firmness seem to start working after just like 2 days.

About me: I’m 50. I’ve always been a very horny person, but over the last decade, I’ve noticed a significant drop in sex drive. - Vitamin B Complex (this should also help reduce migraine headaches) with Vitamin C
- Vitamin K2+D3
- Magnesium

I bought enough of everything for 100 days and just took my first batch.

When it comes to low semen production, it seems like the #1 culprit for most guys is a zinc deficiency, so this will be an interesting experiment.

Naturally, I’m a bit hornier than usual today (I’m already precumming lol), but I think that’s just because of the excitement of trying something new, and the thought of hopefully cumming all over myself like I’m 20 again. But I’ll have to wait to see what the actual results are after a few weeks.

This is pretty much the holy grail answer for us older guys.

More hydration, if anything, will help, but I’m skeptical of everything else.
