Anyone know anything about this?

I’m wondering if this is like eating a burger potentially being bad for your heart or a really serious matter. The articles I saw mentioned Lecithin doing something to stomach flora.

Not that I’m aware of

Any change from the cocktail recommended in the OP?

These were the articles I saw mentioning Lecithin having links to heart problems:

Eggs, Too, May Provoke Bacteria to Raise Heart Risk - The New York Times

If you keep to daily recommended doses I don’t think you’ll have a problem. Lecithin is also good for brain function and if you keep to about 1g per day you should be ok, but always check with your doctor on any supplements.

FWIW, you can get sunflower lecithin if you want to (with good reason) avoid soy products.

Interesting links. I like the NYT comment “My healthy and active grandfather ate two eggs every morning every day of his life. Then he died. At age 94. Must’ve been the eggs.”

When it comes to supplements I’d suggest taking a long hard look at your family history. If you have heart problems in it then may want to investigate Lecithin.

I’ve stopped taking L-arginine cause found an article about it possibly promoting cyst growth in kidneys and maybe tumors. My 90+ grandmother had a cyst in her kidney, my mom and after going through a bunch of tests in August they found one in mine. Certainly believe L-arginine is perfectly safe and beneficial, but based on my family history just not taking the chance.

By the way if anyone is a moderate to heavy alcohol drinker Lecithin is very good for the liver. There have been couple of studies (rats and baboons) show can prevent alcohol liver damage.

Good point Tom

Well L’Arginine is known that help release some free radicals as well as some other body building products yet not banned

Amazing post man, thanks a Lot,

I’ll definitely update my diet!

OK, It has been three weeks of following the “diet”. Last night I had an erection and was leaking like a faucet. When I had an orgasm I had more contractions than normal. I would say that normal was 2.5 and last nights was like five BUT absolutely no ejaculate, dry as a bone.. I asked the question three weeks ago if vasectomy made a difference and I believe it doesn’t. But to experience everything EXCEPT cum is frustrating.

Perhaps you need to get checked out.

Yep, maybe you are right.

If you got the precum, you should have the squirting cum when you orgasm.

I’ve had a recent experience with onion juice and an increase in Cowper’s fluid.

Have been eating more onions today. How long before you noticed?

So it was the very first day that I had an onion that I noticed. I juiced like half to three-quarters of a whole organic onion and I downed it and it burnt my stomach like a mother fucker but later that night presto, leaking nicely.

Did you view the thread holy grail of cum load increase? I mean onions are great in all but man I don’t even know if its worth it. I juiced an onion this morning and I was gonna drink it but I ended up dumping that shit out.

I’m just going to add onions to my diet a little more here and there but fuck juicing it for now. I’m going to try this:

I’m going to do a little more research and see if there’s a way to kinda cool it off with still keeping the benefits of onion juice. I’ve been looking but I haven’t really found anything. From everything I’ve read the onion juice has to be fresh to get the benefits.

So it was the first day that I notice the extra fluid. you could probably stick to eating some extra onions here and there and it might over time do something for you.
