I really meant 2 tablespoon. I was taking 2-4 teaspoon daily, but had no effect. So I decided to increase the amount. No special effect on ejaculation, but I think maca makes me horny and I like that.
Unfortunately I don’t remember where I got egg lecithin. I remember I googled it and found some “Ikiru-han”, because one of the brands has something to do with Japanese research about egg lecithin. Anyway, I don’t recommend it. It stinks a lot, makes me burp spoiled eggs all the time and had zero effect on ejaculation.
Actually, I’m planning to go back to soy lecithin (it worked amazingly for me). I’d like to give sunflower lecithin a try, but I can’t find it here in Brazil.
