2. L-Lysine: does the opposite of the L-Arginine. It’s not need. Well unless you have herpes, in which you might wanna make sure to take 10 x 1000 mg tablets a day.
For most people, a dosage of about 1 g of lysine per day is a sufficient intake, according to the New York University Langone Medical Center. Children ages 2 to 12 years of age should take about 23 mg per kilogram of their body weight each day.
3. Korean Ginseng: Pretty much a total waste.
4. Zinc: 50mg Strength. Taken 1 time daily. Total = 50mg
