ZMA does it for me.
Years before I began PE, as a competitive athlete I used ZMA to aid in recovery through free testosterone maintenance and sleep quality.
Quantity and density: definite increase.
I noticed the increase on a daily basis as I had read from various sources that being aroused before training sessions would help increase testosterone levels, as well as having an orgasm afterwards.
Worked for me. Increased aggression for training, and a nice reward for the high intensity work afterwards.
I did a minimum of two sessions a day, and three on days off work.
No drop in libido, increased semen quantities, and no change in aggression levels outside of training (absolute must if married). Also no reduction in communication quality (good for marriage and professional communication. Some supplements I’ve taken in the past I dropped because of those reasons so I had to mention this for you guys.)
Please note that I was taking 33% more than the recommended dosage.
Besides that, I followed the directions to the last letter.
This is how it affected yours truly. I’m not saying it will work this way for everyone.
Also, not all brands are good. I switched brands for two weeks to save some money, and it was not worth it.
