Bigger Loads - holy grail not working

I tweaked the “Holy Grail of Cum Load Increase” stack a bit, because I had previous orders of semenax, so this is my stack:

1- Semenax
2- Pygeum ( vitamin world - 100 mg x 2 a day = 200 mg/ day)
3- Celery ( natural factors 75 mg x3 = 225 mg/ day)
4- MV ( GNC Mega Man)

I skipped the lecithin because most other supps have it as other ingredients. I also skipped the l- arginine and maca, because they are in the semenax. As for zinc I skipped it also because it is included in the MV.

So far am on one month and have not noticed any improvements. What is wrong here?

Is an all in one product better or separate supps, like the HGCLI? Is it the brands?

Also, recently was checking my testesterone and it was so low. One doc prescribed me clomid, other told me I have varicocele and need to go for surgery. Is there a relation between sperm count and bigger load?

Please help, am so desperate and confused.

I tried Lecithin for some time, but it didn’t do much for me.

The biggest influence on my cum loads has definitely edging.

I added Pygeum, Soy Lecithin and Zinc (though this was a 25 mg dose) as well as L-Arginine, 500 mg (2), and L-Lysene (1 500mg) and I covered my hand in cum, this was in one day.
