pomegranate is the same very old fruit the Middle East, Russia all the way to Spain (granada) is well known and appreciated it has sexual connotation but nothing has been proven to enhance libido.
You may not think of dates and a good source but dates have flushing niacin.

In sum yes good combo but it does nothing for libido unless of course there may be a placebo effect in your beliefs))

Unfortunately i found out about pomegranate in my fitness and diet work. Pomegranate in me creates better and stronger blood flow which makes a stronger erection. L arginine also does this.

I will try the chilis though. So jalapenos will do?

I have been eating pomegranate for ages my parents came from a region in caucasus mountains where they grow in abundance and I was born in South America along the cordillera where arid conditions are ideal to grow granadas or pomegranates.

Yes jalapenios or other chillies will do well I often prepared them myself because I found supermarkets ones mushy it is easy to make and keep in the fridge.

Thank you to the OP for this post. I made it a goal of mine to increase my cum load.

My stack:
1 “Raw One” Multivitamin
1200mg Lecithin
50 mg Zinc
100 mg Pygeum
100 mg (10% icariin) Horny Goat Weed.
500 mg l-arginine
500 mg l-citruline
500 mg l-lysine

I had been taking this stack for about 3 weeks. Erection quality and feeling was great, but no significant increase in cum load. So I tripled the dosage of lecithin. Still nothing. I had read that you really have to take a lot of lecithin in order to see the desired results, so for 2-3 days I was taking 5-6 1200 mg lecithin pills, and I upped by dosage of l-arginine to 1000mg, and horny goat weed to 200 mg. I did this for our 2-3 days.

Whereas I usually let out 6 spurts of cum, and 3-4 dribbles that followed, now this past weekend I had 10 strong spurts, and 3-4 dribbles that followed. The color of the cum was whiter, thicker, and the cum ropes were definitely thicker as well. I was extremely happy with that. The orgasm feels great, as if I’m filled with semen wanting to cum out. However the volume was still the same amount as a few weeks ago. I figure my stack is increasing the solid content, but not the fluid content, of my semen. Perhaps I just need to stay on my original stack for longer, or perhaps the change in the stack worked.

I only cum once a week, due to so many busy commitments. I edge for about two hours before doing so. I read that the more you cum, the more semen your body will produce to meet the demand. Perhaps I need to cum more often. Perhaps I just need to up my dosage. I don’t drink that much either.

You should check out this guys thread who observed the 2 different states and tries to increase each:

I would say try to add celery seed. Also basic water will probably help too.

Thanks to all for the advise on finding pomegranate here in South Africa, will start to add that next week, as there are shop that sell close by, just have to get off my ass and go find it.

Also had to order the Phygeum as this was not available in my best health food shop. The very cute lady ask me what it was for.. Was very tempted to tell her, but said ” urn it is for prostate health!” Going to add that to my diet and also increase the Lecithin on planned sex days!

On this stack my modest start load (due to age most likely) has doubled, but no increase to organism intensity I can conclusively point to.

More volume can be achieved with that stack, but if your body isn’t being hydrated enough it sure ain’t going to make more cum. Drink plenty of water throughout the day bud if you want more.
