My stack:
1 “Raw One” Multivitamin
1200mg Lecithin
50 mg Zinc
100 mg Pygeum
100 mg (10% icariin) Horny Goat Weed.
500 mg l-arginine
500 mg l-citruline
500 mg l-lysine
I had been taking this stack for about 3 weeks. Erection quality and feeling was great, but no significant increase in cum load. So I tripled the dosage of lecithin. Still nothing. I had read that you really have to take a lot of lecithin in order to see the desired results, so for 2-3 days I was taking 5-6 1200 mg lecithin pills, and I upped by dosage of l-arginine to 1000mg, and horny goat weed to 200 mg. I did this for our 2-3 days.
Whereas I usually let out 6 spurts of cum, and 3-4 dribbles that followed, now this past weekend I had 10 strong spurts, and 3-4 dribbles that followed. The color of the cum was whiter, thicker, and the cum ropes were definitely thicker as well. I was extremely happy with that. The orgasm feels great, as if I’m filled with semen wanting to cum out. However the volume was still the same amount as a few weeks ago. I figure my stack is increasing the solid content, but not the fluid content, of my semen. Perhaps I just need to stay on my original stack for longer, or perhaps the change in the stack worked.
I only cum once a week, due to so many busy commitments. I edge for about two hours before doing so. I read that the more you cum, the more semen your body will produce to meet the demand. Perhaps I need to cum more often. Perhaps I just need to up my dosage. I don’t drink that much either.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. I know I don’t take as much of some of the supplements as I should.
