Experiments to increase my cum loads!

Supplement Trials Summary (Revised for Updated Baseline)

The update to my baseline measurements described above made most of my previous results different, along with being more conclusive. Here are the results of all of my supplement trials to date:

The Horny Goat Weed Experiment

The HGW increased my load size by a statistically insignificant amount. It caused a significant increase in the sperm content of my cum (and that’s not even counting the anomalous day during the trial that my cum was 80% opaque, yielding a rough sperm volume of well over twice my baseline!). And while a decreased libido happened to coincide with this HGW trial, the overwhelming evidence of my experiences prior to this experiment show that HGW in fact is excellent at increasing libido.

Dose: 500 mg or 1000mg Vitamin Shoppe Standardized Herbs Horny Goat Weed (with maca extract and other herbal extracts)
Effect on Cum Volume: None
Effect on Sperm Volume: Significant increase (~30%)
Effect on Libido: Significantly increases libido
Side Effects: None

The Horny Goat Weed + Lecithin Experiment

As with the HGW-only trial, the HGW and lecithin combination had no effect on my cum volume. But it increased my sperm volume substantially, even more than the HGW alone did. And the lecithin made my cum more viscous.

Dose: 500 mg Vitamin Shoppe Standardized Herbs Horny Goat Weed (with maca extract and other herbal extracts) + 1000 mg lecithin (capsule), with breakfast or lunch
Effect on Cum Volume (vs. baseline): None
Effect on Cum Volume (vs. HGW baseline): None
Effect on Sperm Volume (vs. baseline): Large increase (~40%)
Effect on Sperm Volume (vs. HGW baseline): Decent increase (~8%)
Effect on Libido: Result inconclusive, but likely significantly increases libido (from the HGW)
Side Effects: None

The Zinc Experiment

The significantly decreased the size of my load, and it had no effect on the sperm volume. However, the zinc made my cum noticeably more viscous. It would be interesting to stack lecithin and zinc in a future trial, since both have this effect of making my cum thicker. Would my cum end up even thicker, a clumpy sticky mess?

Dose: 50 mg zinc with breakfast or lunch
Effect on Cum Volume: Substantial decrease (~16%)
Effect on Sperm Volume: None
Effect on Libido: Decent decrease; result inconclusive, further testing required
Side Effects: Possibly caused minor (small) acne, especially in the scalp

The Celery Seed Experiment

Celery seed proved a great, multi-faceted aphrodisiac. It significantly increased both my sperm volume and my overall cum volume. It increased my libido, and made my erections come easier and harder. It definitely caused morning wood, and lots of it. And all this was on a relatively small dose.

Dose: ½ to 5/8 tsp whole celery seeds, chewed/ground, with breakfast
Effect on Cum Volume: Solid increase (~11%)
Effect on Sperm Volume: Significant increase (~26%)
Effect on Libido: Solid increase, on average, but this effect proved uneven; erections come easier and are harder
Side Effects: Possibly caused some restless sleeping and nasal congestion from swelling while sleeping

The L-Arginine + Horny Goat Weed Experiment

L-arginine (L-A) has a solid reputation for boosting cum loads, which I have confirmed through trying it in the past; along with pork, it has yielded the most impressive results of anything I’ve tried. I was mainly (or maybe solely? It was too long ago to remember for sure) using L-A when I had my biggest recorded cum shots ever of 11.5 ml.

More than other supplements, L-A is supposed to work better over time, with the best results coming after having taken it every day for several days or even a couple of weeks or more. Again, my own experience more or less confirms this, although it seemed like there was only a marginal increase in load size after extended use. Though I never took the stuff for longer than two weeks. I figured I should take this into account with my L-A trial by taking it for at least a week.

Which I did – I took L-A daily for a week for this trial, along with horny goat weed (HGW) most days – but this trial ended up being so disrupted that I only took two legitimate “samples” during that period. A brief bout of food poisoning messed me up for two days, and other happenings in my life kept me from sticking to the protocols of the experiment on some other days. Normally I wouldn’t draw conclusions from just two data points, but the results of my previous, less-scientific use of L-A as described above, which my two samples were consistent with, lead me to be confident enough in drawing conclusions.

And yes, the conclusions are (is) that L-A does indeed increase my cum loads. It was a substantial but not huge increase, however (more samples might have shown more impressive results). The supplement combination increased my sperm volume by a similar amount, although the evidence shows that it’s only the HGW that accounts for that, not the L-A (there was no meaningful difference in sperm volume compared to the HGW-only trial). And by the way, I combined the L-A with HGW for this trial for the same reason that I combined lecithin and HGW in an earlier trial: because I didn’t want to go too long without taking HGW. Although, I will note that just before this trial started I had sex without any HGW or any other aphrodisiac in my system, and it went great: I was very hard, and had good sensitivity. Maybe that session was a bit of a happy fluke… or maybe I’ve gotten used to relying on aphrodisiacs unnecessarily. I should do more experiments with that as well :)

Early in this trial I had a load that was “unofficial” since I got it after diverging a bit too much from my experiment protocols; but it’s worth mentioning because of how impressive it was. It was as big as the biggest I’ve had during this experiment (7.0 ml), and, more importantly, beautifully thick and white. This was so different from what I’m used to that I figured that it had to be from something I ate, or something I did. But what? I couldn’t think of anything. For what it’s worth, here’s the combination of things that (may have) produced that load: first dose of L-A in the trial (500 mg), the day before; a pork dish for dinner the night before; some edging a couple of hours before the masturbation that produced the load; blowing the load in the late morning, and a day and a half after my previous ejaculation (instead of my usual one-day-after); and blowing the load an hour or so after taking another dose (1000 mg this time) of L-A.

An interesting other effect of L-Arginine is that it gives me a very nice flaccid hang. My fully flaccid length while I’m on it is ¾” to 1” longer than my typical flaccid! This effect only kicks in with the larger L-arginine doses – 1500 mg or more in a day. And it doesn’t change the flaccid girth at all. I think HGW does increase my flaccid girth a little, though, so the combination of the two supplements makes for great flaccid size.

CONCLUSIONS

L-arginine substantially boosts my cum volume, though it has no effect on my sperm volume. As a bonus, in larger doses it makes me consistently have my biggest possible flaccid length.

Yeah, the “sperm volume” thing is something I came up with. It’s a way to try to quantify the thickness/whiteness of my loads. Since they’ve been thinner and clearer than they used to be. I explain this more in “My Baseline, Part 2” (post #8).

Alright. Maybe sperm/cum - density vs. sperm/cum - volume/amount is more fitting as sperm and cum are basicly the same word?

It for sure appears that cum is at least a 2 fold substance which originates in two seperate “pathways”.

Im not much into cumming these days and cum rather infrequent but I might try to establish some sort of baseline.

I’m not sure of the comparison based on physical characteristics of ejaculate. I certainly have no sperm having had a vasectomy, but there is clear and white fluid of varying degrees of volume and density mostly due to how much water I’ve had over the course of the day.

Yes in order to determine actual sperm volume it would need to be analysed in a lab.

Hmm, maybe I should call it “white stuff volume”. Doesn’t have the same ring to it as “sperm volume”, but I see how the latter is misleading. I just need a name for it so I can quantify and track how much I have in my shots.

Can I eat much more than 1 tsp?

I learned about celery seed on another website, where a poster was eating a tablespoon a day, every day, for weeks - apparently with no problems. Once you try eating the things you’ll find that even half a teaspoon is a lot. I don’t know how that guy can choke down so much!

I got the celery seed extract and take 4 capsules morning and again at night. Have been doing for 3 days now. Didn’t shoot a load as yet so not sure if it will make a difference. My balls have been a bit sore today.

Okay, let us know how your load is, and if you get erection side effects e.g. morning wood. That seems to be very common with celery seed, although some people don’t get any benefit out of it at all.

Much of this is fairy tales and hearsay imagine you guys in India (where these and many more spices are consumed)everybody is fucking around is that the correct assumption?

What in the hell are you talking about? This thread is about testing claims about supplements in as scientific a way as I can manage. It’s the opposite of fairy tales and hearsay.
