The L-Arginine + Celery Seed Experiment

This was my first trial, finally, in which I stacked multiple supplements that were individually proven cum-boosters. L-arginine (L-A), taken with horny goat weed (though I think the HGW didn’t add to the effect) had increased my loads by a substantial 17%, and celery seed had increased them by a similarly impressive 12%. Both had also increased the thick white component of my ejaculations significantly: L-A by 22%, CS by 26%). I was anxious to see what would happen if I took both of these at the same time. Would their individual load-improving magic add up to mega increases?

The results were rather surprising: not only did the combination of the two supplements not increase my cum volume anything beyond the individual increase given by either one; the combination was actually less effective than either supplement by itself!

This stack may have even resulted in a decrease from my baseline load. That was what the first two “samples” in the trial showed, anyway. However, that very unexpected result, along with the fact that the final two samples were quite a bit larger (though still no impressive than what I got when taking L-A or CS by themselves), makes me wonder whether those first two loads were anomalous, affected by something other than the stack.

CONCLUSIONS

At best, L-arginine and celery seed used together produce no better loads (in terms of overall volume and in terms of thick white component volume) than using either of those supplements alone; at worst, the combination may cause a decrease in my load size. However, with the combination I still experienced the good sexual side effects of celery seed: erections that come easier and are usually harder and significantly increased morning wood. In addition, I seemed to produce more than my usual amount of precum.

Dose: 1000 or 1500 mg L-arginine before breakfast and/or before lunch, + 1050 mg celery seed (505 mg capsules by Solaray) with breakfast or lunch

I hope the two aren’t working against each other for you, like they might have been for me! I didn’t do enough testing to know for sure, and individual results vary, anyway. So how big are your loads, and what do you take?

Good thought, I’ll give it a try. I have almost a whole bottle of lecithin to use up, after all.

My load is approx 10ml, I’ll be increasing my lecithin. Want to get my load up to 15ml. Perhaps I can try no orgasm for 1 week and just edge a lot through the week.

The Tribulus Terrestris Experiment

Tribulus terrestris is known more as an aphrodisiac (for increasing libido and hardness) than for increasing cum loads. There have been some reports of it being effective for the latter, though, which is probably why I first got it years ago, when I first tried various supplements to boost my cum volume. And my experience with the stuff confirmed its reputation: it was indeed a very good aphrodisiac (it helped get me through the first time I experienced the unfortunate “sexual side effects” of Propecia, by ensuring my hardness during sex, though not so much my sensitivity, i.e. ability to cum), but it didn’t seem to do anything for my loads. But still having some on hand, I figured it was worth giving it a go with my more scientific approach.

Which proved worthwhile, because under the influence of tribulus terrestris (specifically Tribestan, though I’ll just be calling it “trib” here) my load volume increased a fair amount, and the volume of the thick white part of my shots increased even more. Plus I got the usual libidinal side effect of better erections – no surprise there.

Unfortunately, there’s some uncertainty in these results. My earlier supplement trials initially had some uncertainty too, due to what I suspected was a reduction of the size of my ejaculations (and libido) as a side effect of Propecia. Taking new baseline measurements confirmed my suspicions, and adjusted the results of my earlier trials accordingly.

I also went off the Propecia as soon as I started noticing those side effects, and that presented a new problem. Eventually my libido would return to normal, along with my cum loads. My new Propecia-side-effects-driven baseline would only be useful for so long. Not only that, but once the Propecia side effects wore off, I wanted to start taking the stuff again. This may seem crazy, since of course the side effects will just come back again, 3 or 4 months after my re-start. But I figure that cycling the Propecia use like this will give me at least some of the benefits of the medication, and none of the bad side effects. And so, I started taking it again 17 days ago.

I suspect that Propecia is itself actually a load booster – for a while, at least. It seems to even boost my libido in the weeks after starting on it. Which is great (for that period, anyway), but this plays havoc with my testing. Is my baseline going up and down on this stuff?

So, I need to take more baseline measurements – a third round of that. If such measurements show my average loads to be larger than before – and I think they will - I’ll have to change my interpretation of the trib trial. For now, then, the results of this trial are tentative.

CONCLUSIONS

Trib increased the volume of my loads by a good amount, but this result is tentative, pending new baseline load measurements. It increased the thick white portion of my cum by a lot. In this trial and in all my previous use of it, trib made my erections come easier and harder, and remain longer. But it has doesn’t cause as much improvement in sensitivity, if any.

Dose: 250 or 500 mg tribulus terrestris (Tribestan pills) with breakfast and/or lunch
Effect on Cum Volume: Decent increase (~13%); result inconclusive; further testing needed
Effect on White Component Volume: Big increase (~44%); result inconclusive; further testing needed
Effect on Libido: Sensitivity increased little, if at all; but made erections come easier and harder, for longer
Side Effects: None

Would be interesting to have ideas what we need to build up and what can be used 24h prior to ejac.
Had some direct effects after 2 days of 12 gramm Lecithin, without taking anything pprior, but not that much.

Well, this is the most fun kind of science. I always look forward to producing new samples :)

Three of the supplements from my trials have had a load-increasing effect: celery seed, L-arginine, and trib. But none of them have shown a bigger effect at increase over time. Granted, my trials aren’t very long: usually four days/measurements on a supplement is all there is to it. Still, that should be long enough to see an increasing effect, if such a thing was happening. Besides, I had extended trial periods for L-arginine and for the trib. I took L-A for a total of 13 days (with a 2-day break in the middle) - 2 by itself, 5 with horny goat weed, and 6 with celery seed. No trend up or down during all that time. Trib I took for 9 days straight. Again, no trend.

So far, it seems like the amount of time needed to take a supplement doesn’t matter. I always allow at least 6 hours or so, and that seems to be enough!
