Holy Grail of Cum Load Increase

Just a note from the ChemPE side of the house here…

As some of you may know I have dabbled in ChemPE for sometime now, and I have found two things in particular increase my loads. The main one by far being that of TB500 or Thymosin Beta 4. This injected in my unit or elsewhere in my body always and consistently increased the volume of my loads tremendously. In addition the actions of Thymosin Beta 4 supplemented along with IGF-1 LR3 also seems to add additional volume and also does so alone, but does much more so in combination with the TB500.

Seems L-arginine [known to impact PE] and BPC 157 have similar effects on NO generation. perhaps there is a synergism!

Few quick questions that I will further more research. Going to start taking L arginine for working out and an attempt to get a few physiological tolls out of my head to see if the EQ thing really works for me.

1. When should I take it? I have read: first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, before/after workout, and then finally before bed/sex on an as empty as possible stomach.

2. How much? I believe my serving is like 4 grams of L arginine a scoop. Should I take that whole serving each time, seems like a lot??

3. I have taken L arginine before, just in small amounts that I get from food/protein. Under 900 mg for a day, or even less I’d say. Is this a product that should be “cycled off” or should I just find a dosage and time that works, and stick to it?

4. Does it stop working after an elapsed time?

5. Does this effect the prostate? I am 19, but I know our family history has prostate issues. I have also glanced over things saying people claiming this stuff is bad for BPH or something.

Any other suggestions would be awesome. Also, has anyone heard consuming around 3g a day of vitamin C as a NO booster? I took 2 tablets of Ester C (1,000mg/1g) this morning and I think I actually feel better. Maybe it is blocking my cortisol or something.

A note on L-Arginine
You may want to consider also taking L-Citrulline. The reason is that the body converts L-Citrulline to L-Arginine and L-Ornithine.
So while taking L-Arginine will give you an immediate boost of L-Arginine, L-Citrulline will give you L-Arginine (and L-Ornithine) support slowly throughout the day. By how much I don’t know, but the point is L-Citrulline is going to support your L-Arginine levels between L-Arginine supplements and it’s recommended you take it in addition to L-Arginine for support. Just look up L-Citrulline (Google) and it’s pretty self-explanatory. GNC has an L-Citrulline complex tablet (you take in addition to the L-Arginine powder.) The also have a 500mg L-Arginine w/ 500mg L-Citrulline combo tablet for a convenient combo.

What I read is that L-Arginine should be taken before workouts. It helps with Nitric Oxide levels in the blood for blood flow and increases stamina. One study says people were able to work out 20% longer.

I’ve been taking (GNC) Men’s ArginMax for a few months (about 3000mg of L-Arginine a day.) It’s supposed to help naturally for sexual performance. I haven’t personally noticed any improvement in semen volume from it alone but I think it may help to at least take a modest amount of L-Arginine/L-Citrulline (maybe 500mg of each twice a day?) It does help with erections a bit. I’m not sure you need to take a lot just for loads unless you’re working out as well and want it for that (but I really don’t know.) Anyone that wants to try might want to experiment with 1500mg twice a day for a week.

Okay I understand what you are saying, so should I match my L-Arginie intake with L-Citurline? Do you take them at the same time? When I remember I also take a BCAA comolex that had Citurline. The product is somewhat spends, so I typically don’t take it “at least two times a day” like the bottle suggests. Although, I do believe when I did take it twice a day, I felt as though I it was doing something. I looked at the label, but this is what that BCAA complex was.

I might add that product into my day twice a day again. Any one else’s input on this would be awesome as well!

L-Citruline, Arginine, ornathine and carnatine are all supportive to good erections and increased load.

Um, Pygeum is also supposed to be a DHT blocker.

Reduced DHT, if my info is correct, results in lower semen volume.

So how is it helping? One thing I read is that it has never been proven as an effective DHT blocker and guys here say it’s helping.

Still, I wonder if it could counterproductive like I think Saw Palmetto is.

I can confirm that I have a lot more precum now so it apparently really helps production in the Cowpers gland.

I’m off to research this more.

Newbie observations

First post here from a 34 year old who has seen his body change the last few years. I am healthy according to my recent physical (only very slightly anemic) but the last few years I have noticed a lower sex drive, less ejaculate, less energy, poor mood, and symptoms of depression and anxiety. I also recently got diagnosed with moderate depression and am set to begin counseling shortly. I had not been eating healthy, exercising regularly, or hydrating properly. I’m 6’, I weigh 170lb and I’m at about 25% body fat according to my recent physical. I have been dating a girl for many years and sex is fine, but we both seem to have lost some interest, her more so than me.

I have been researching supplements to help alleviate some of the symptoms I’m experiencing, specifically lack of energy, low libido and poor mood. In that research I found this thread and realized something else that had changed, my loads got smaller compared to what I used to put out. For whatever reason, I used to be able to launch a thick stream of cum like a rocket several feet, and produced so much most of the time that I would often hear comments about it. It was a source of pride to be sure. The last couple years my orgasms have definitely suffered on average.

I have been making gradual changes to my routine to improve myself in the last couple weeks, and I can say that in regards to greater orgasms the biggest and best change has been simply drinking close to a gallon of water a day. I like to reuse gatorade/powerade 32oz bottles (quart size), so 4 of them is my goal. In addition, I have been eating several celery stalks every day with some peanut butter. I just ordered the “holy grail” supplements and they have not arrived yet so I’ll report back on that.

My results so far? Conservatively a 50-100% increase in semen output compared to before. My ejaculate also no longer has the yellow tinge as before, it looks clean, white and thick. Taste seems to have mildly improved as well. I remember one woman told me once that all cum tasted kind of like bleach to her. Ever since then I’ve been sensitive to the smell of my ejaculate and often smelled a bleachy smell. That is gone now. Up until recently when I would ejaculate much of it would be thin and runny, with some parts of it “chunky”. It now seems to be much more homogenized, and on average thicker, with just the right kind of consistency I would want to see. Finally, I believe that on average I am shooting 1-2 more “ropes” of semen. It’s still highly variable based on how long I abstain, and how aroused I am, but anecdotally I believe I also shoot a little more ejaculate with each “rope” than I had been.

To anyone reading this who has yet to try, don’t discount the simple stuff. Drink as much water as you can stand, and eat that celery! I’ll report back after getting the supplements. I am also one of those who produces next to no pre-cum whatsoever, so I do hope that the sunflower Lecithin helps there.

Thanks for the info. I have been considering tapering back on the amount of supplements I take and was wondering what I could substitute. You mentioned celery stalks and that you had “several per day.” Just how many are we talking? Im no fan of celery but I do understand its benefits and it’s long been known to help increase volume. So how much of it are we talking- 3, 4, 5 stalks a day?

I agree with water. That’s step 1. I’ve been taking the lecithin and noted it has thickened up and it’s especially thick when dehydrated.

Consider trying Men’s Arginmax. I got it at GNC. (GNC tip, they run lots of sales so never buy when not on sale.) Arginmax is just a few vitamins with a lot of L-Arginine and some Ginseng and Ginko Biloba. It might help with the energy. Also there’s Men’s Staminol Ultra which has some different sexual enhancement supplements, but it also has a little DHEA (the hormone for testosterone.) 25mg of DHEA should be fine for a man your age (as we produce less with age) but taking DHEA is something you should always be aware of in that it can affect your hormone levels (hopefully for the better.) Just look up DHEA, it’s side effects, etc. No worries really, I just want to mention it.

I was taking both of those simultaneously along with a good multivitamin and I wouldn’t say I felt energetic but I certainly didn’t feel lack of energy the whole time. It did seem to make me bit more horny than usual and it certainly helped with sexual performance.
Anyway it’s money, but if you catch a GNC sale you can save a bit. Give them a shot. I would say if you try only one, try Staminol Ultra but the additional L-Arganine seems to help (You can probably take 1/3 the recommended daily dose.)

Footnote: My multivitamin Mega Man Prostate & Virility. As I mentioned in a previous post it has Saw Palmetto which is a DHT blocker. A study for a drug that blocks DHT concluded a reduction in sperm quality and semen volume so I’m really avoiding Saw Palmetto (or any DHT blocker) until I know more. So now I take Mega Man Sport (because I started running.) Any multi will do, but GNC has much higher vitamin levels than say the Costco Multivitamin so I just stock up when there are sales. Just don’t take Mega Man Prostate & Virility (at least that’s my recommendation.)

Zinc

We take Zinc because semen has a lot of zinc in it, so you want to make sure to have enough (obviously.)
But Zinc needs copper. They recommend that for every 15mg of Zinc you take 2mg of copper.
How to Take Copper With Zinc | livestrong
If I take 50mg of Zinc per day, that’s 6-7mg of copper per day, which seems like too much.
As far as I know, if you take say 4mg of copper per day with 50mg of zinc, you’re never copper deficient and you just have excess zinc, which I assume you semen will use. Does anyone have any idea if 4mg of copper is more than enough? The recommended daily is 2mg, but that assumes lower zinc intake.

Thanks.

I have been consuming an entire head of celery in 2-3 days so yes about 4-5 stalks a day. I wash and cut it up into 4-5 inch pieces and eat with a few tablespoons peanut butter. Probably more peanut butter than I should consume but this is much healthier than my diet has been. I plan to experiment with juicing it into a smoothie with fruit, but I really don’t mind the taste too much and after eating a few stalks, I feel nicely filled up.

My family has a recipe we usually make around the holidays that combines cream cheese, crushed pineapple, and walnuts that is then stuffed into celery stalks. Some of you may find that more appealing, and certainly the pineapple may help for those looking to improve the taste of their semen.

I’ve also been making my own protein/energy bars out of Oats, flax seed, rice cereal (for bulk), granola, almonds, peanut butter, dark chocolate chips, and honey. I add cinnamon, nutmeg, dark cocoa powder and cayenne pepper as well. They’re pretty tasty as a snack when I need to eat between meals or my energy is low. I’d be happy to provide the recipe for anyone. No baking required just combine ingredients.

I need to work on my exercise more than anything at this point. When I was younger I used to be very active. Not so much in the last 10 years or so, though I did work in construction for a couple years.

I should mention too that I have been taking a multivitamin, though it’s very low dose compared to some. 11mg zinc in this one. I don’t think the multivitamin is responsible for any of the changes I’ve seen in my semen, though I’m sure an overall improvement in health can’t hurt.
