(Even though it incredibly hard to eliminate soy from your diet) there is a soy free lecithin. It’s derived from sunflower at 1200mg of lecithin and is apparently gmo and soy free. The one I’m specifically talking about is made by “Now”. I haven’t tried the product but came across it in research on lecithin and the concerns some had on the soy based component of it. I read that soy lecithin actually contains no phytoestrogens. Also be careful because many seeds and beans contain them so even though sunflower seeds contain them, sunflower seed lecithin also does not.
I learned the hard way as I was taking flaxseed oil for omega 3-6-9. It turns out it has 5x the level of phytoestrogens as soy and men should absolutely never consume it. It’s litterally the highest in phytoestrogens of anything I’m aware of.
I was having various problems with libido to low ejaculation and other things that resolved as soon as I stopped taking it.
