I don’t think cowper’s will produce enough lube for a good jelq workout.

For anyone wanting to try lecithin but are detoured by the fact it is soy based and the possible effects soy can have on testosterone.. I would not be concerned many body builders argue for pro and against soy lecithin making man boobs is a fallacy and mainly hearsay not proven . Much the same as glutamine not doing anything to your body when in fact does you just have to find the right glutamine.

I read that soy lecithin actually contains no phytoestrogens. Also be careful because many seeds and beans contain them so even though sunflower seeds contain them, sunflower seed lecithin also does not.

I learned the hard way as I was taking flaxseed oil for omega 3-6-9. It turns out it has 5x the level of phytoestrogens as soy and men should absolutely never consume it. It’s litterally the highest in phytoestrogens of anything I’m aware of.
I was having various problems with libido to low ejaculation and other things that resolved as soon as I stopped taking it.

That being said, I’m not sure some DHT blocking is bad. Blocking DHT raises testosterone. However raising T can raise estrogen so it’s good to have an aromatase (enzyme that converts T to estrogen) inhibitor to take with it. Vitamin D3 blocks aromatase (I’m not sure how effectively yet). I was doing about 6000IU a day for a while. I think you can go up to 40000IU a week.

Regular grocery strore whitecap mushrooms block estrogen (or aromatase) too but you have to eat a lot if them. An extract would be the way to go I suppose.

Anybody have any luck with niacin for precum increase? I’ve seen it mention in a few places on the Internet, but nothing detailed?

Thanks for the info I’m take estrogen blocker .I’m not sure how much I’m take. I take a 00 capsule of fenugreek for 3day now along with the rest of my stack and it kick ass .my sweat. Smells like maple syrup. My girls not sure how she feel about it yet might have to take the fenugreek out of the stack. Lol she thinks I’m drinking maple syrup right before we have sex. She don’t kno about the stack.
