Holy Grail of Cum Load Increase

I take 6gm lecithin morning and night and it doesn’t affect my sleep negatively. I have just had a 5 day break from all my supplements and began with the stack again last night. Woke this morning with a bit of a sore tummy and headache which I don’t usually get.

Your taking 12grams of lecithin a day?? Or do you mean 12mg? If you are taking 12grams, did you start off with a lower dose? And did if so what differences did you see going up to 12grams? My current pills are 1200mg (1.2g) sunflower lecithin and is recommended once per day.

Yes its 6grams in the morning and 6grams at night. I have only just cut to once daily since yesterday. I produce massive loads and I mean really massive

You’ll have to comment in a week or if you notice your volume goes down after cutting your intake in half, even though 6g is still a decent intake of lecithin! I’m just starting with lecithin so I’m going to go with the 1.2g a day for awhile and see how that goes before looking to up the dosage. I know we get a lot of lecithin in our foods as is. I produce decent loads, girls have usually commented, but having more surely feels better and lets face it, it’s purely amazing! I hope the lecithin helps thicken up the load as well.

As a possible addition to the holy grail has anyone tried either pomegranate juice or pine pollen for a testosterone boost, I recently read about these and was wondering if there was anyone out there with any feedback !

IMHO l-Arginine is a good choice for EQ.

I’ve used pine pollen for extended times and cycled its use but can’t say for sure if it increased my testosterone.

Certainly does put led in the pencil. When I take it my EQ is amazing and I always get good morning wood

I have used both, but pomegranate capsules and not the juice and I do get real good erections

Pommegranate fresh juice is even better as I have allready said.

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Tried the raw celery thing but I couldn’t make it work. It did work in the sense that my loads were slightly larger and there has been a change in color to being more white/milky. I even noticed a return of a bit of distance as I’m “roping” more now. It’s nice to have a large, thick load AND be able to really spread the wealth. My gf has noticed the increase and she loves it.

But I just couldn’t do it any more with eating so many stalks a day. I just can’t get use to the taste - no matter the recipes used. So, I switched to the celery extract supplements and so far so good. I haven’t noticed any appreciable drop. I’ll still eat a few small sticks here and there but by and large, I’ll stay with the pill. I had to laugh at myself since the whole point was to ditch the pills, or just not take as many. I’ll try to go “natural” again but for now, the celery pills are working fine.

Fresh juice has the live enzymes so it must be better than pills.
