Horny Goat Weed/Tongkat Ali

I was just wondering if anyone has taken these together and if so how would you cylcle them?

I have in a combo product. I forget how long a cycle should last on tongkat. I have had moderate success with both products. I have used both individually. I feel HGW is the better of the 2. Tongkat only worked for about 2 days for me. I used a NOW product. I personally like NOW brand but I would say, save your cash for their tongkat product based on my experience. I forget the HGW product I used. I also can’t not remember the combo product. NOW may add HGW to their tongkat but that’s not the one I used that worked pretty good.
