Ideal time to take supplements?
Hi,
I recently started a PE program (doing jelqing exclusively) and I wanted to know when is the ideal time to take my supplements? I am going to be taking niacin, L-lysine, yohimbe and arginine. Are there any important supplements missing from my list? Should I be taking these supplements before or after a PE session? Should I take different supplements at different times? Any suggestions would be appreciated
