Is Viagra the missing PE link?

Is Viagra the missing PE link?

I offer up the following excerpt from the arginineresearch.com site. Please pay particular attention to the 3rd paragraph-

Viagra
When the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the drug Viagra in 1998 for the treatment of male erectile dysfunction, the rush was on. Within three weeks of the release of Pfizer’s drug Viagra, 40,000 prescriptions were being filled every day. Viagra’s immense popularity has grown to include its use as a recreational drug for sexual enhancement, instead of for impotence, indicating a widespread problem in the area of erectile function.

The drug Viagra is based on nitric oxide (NO). Nitric oxide allows erection of the penis by dilating the blood vessels to penile erectile tissue. Leading nitric oxide researcher, Dr. Arthur Burnett, a Johns Hopkins Urologist, stated that NO is the chemical messenger that produces erections and without NO, there could be no natural erections. Natural erections are those that take place without benefit of mechanical devices. Erections that occur from chemical or hormonal intervention are still considered natural erections.

Viagra (sildenafil citrate) increases the body’s ability to achieve and maintain an erection during sexual stimulation. When sexual stimulation causes local release of nitric oxide (NO), inhibition of PDE5 by sildenafil causes increased levels of cGMP in the corpus cavernosum, resulting in smooth muscle relaxation and inflow of blood to the corpus cavernosum. Nitric oxide (NO) allows erection of the penis by dilating the blood vessels to penile erectile tissue.

No one can dispute the immense gains DLD has made. I am in NO WAY trying to detract from the tremendous effort he puts forth. However, he will be the first one to tell you that he uses Viagra daily, and while enhanced pe is not his intention (to my knowledge) I think he may be a perfect example to support my theory. Many others who have reported using Viagra have also reported lasting effects well into the next day, where I think the pe enhancement is probably very beneficial.

From the above, we see that Viagra works by dilating the vessels in the corpus cavernosum and relaxing the smooth muscle tissue, which seems to say more blood flow with a more flexible and responsive tissues. This would seem to be and ideal environment in which to pe. It could also point to the effectiveness of DLD bends while in an erect state; pumped erection but relaxed tissues, perhaps making them more receptive to stretching and expanding.

With generic Viagra here, new Viagra like drugs just around the corner, one has to expect the pricing for generic viagra to drop considerably, making a daily dose for pe enhancement cost effective. I’d love to hear from other’s who take viagra daily (although I don’t know who they’d be) to see if their experience mirrors DLDs. I also think I’m gonna have to bank a few bucks to give this theory a test. I think this could be the ultimate answer for substantial girth growth…

I’ve always thought that Viagra could be benenficial to PE efforts. I also am IN NO WAY taking away from DLD, but I’ve tracked his history and wondered about it myself. I was scared to speak up because that would indirectly give validity to those various penis pills, and we all know what the general opinion is on those. Although I bought some of the generic Viagra, I hang exclusively so I dont think it would help my cause any. For those that do girth or tunica length excercises (half erect jelq), Viagra may work wonders…

RB

We are absolutely on the same page here. A person won’t grow without putting in the effort however Viagra absolutely will maximize the effort applied.

From my limited intake over the past couple of months it has been amazing to me the hardness of erections and size potential realized.

Guys

I have got the best workouts the morning after I have used Viagra. I have also tried it during a workout, out a very small dose but it turned into jerking off not pe. I also have noticed a huge flaccid size the next day. I only use it as a social drug and wouldn’t take it every day I can see very easily how someone could get hooked on viagra. But you could be on to something because the times I tried it while doing pe I have never been so huge. I know some of the guys have done v-pumping.

Viagra and PE

I’ve been wanting to raise this issue for a long time now, but was hesitant because I didn’t want to encourage people that don’t suffer from ED to take it on a daily basis.

The reason I was, and still am, careful in recommending such use of Viagra is because it is still a drug, and we still don’t know the whole implications of using in on a daily basis. It might very well have some disadvantages, it does have side effects as you know.

I suffer from mild ED, and have been taking Viagra for more than a year now. I’ve been taking it on a daily basis (apart from my two rest days every week) for about 3 months now.

I’ve always thought that Viagra is the ultimate Penis Pill, and has great advantages for PE. Like dino, I also remember my amazement when I first did a PE session the morning after taking V. The expansion I got was well beyond anything I experienced before.

Also the first time I’ve taken V my penis was actually larger than it ever was.

After a period of daily intake I can say that these effects are somehow diminished with time, yet it still improves the flaccid hang a great deal, and helps blood flow tremendously.

If the general consensus is that Penis Pills could be good for helping blood flow and flaccid hang and so (when combined with PE exercises) beneficial for growth, than there’s no doubt V is indeed the ultimate.

I do feel that it was beneficial for my gains, I have started to grow again after a long time of being plateaued just as I started this daily intake, though I must add that I did change other aspects in my routine at the same time.

However - the bad side of this, and another reason I wasn’t sure if I should raise the issue, is that I got addicted to it. Which is also problematic financially and also I’m not sure how does it affect my health in the long run. After getting used to working out with V, it’s hard to do without.

I take 25mg (cut a 100mg pill to 4 pieces) about 10 minutes before I start my workout.

I have been debating whether or not to weigh into this discussion and for several reasons. Braker has hit on one of them.

“However - the bad side of this, and another reason I wasn’t sure if I should raise the issue, is that I got addicted to it. Which is also problematic financially and also I’m not sure how does it affect my health in the long run. After getting used to working out with V, it’s hard to do without.”

There is without question a psychological “addiction” which can develop from Viagra use. Because, as has been pointed out, when it works (- and it doesn’t for everybody) the resulting erection is very hard and somewhat larger than one is used to, this gradually becomes the only acceptable erection state for the user.

There is nothing so far in the several-years-old literature of Viagra I’ve read that points either to a dimished effect over time, although for men whose ED worsens, more of the drug is often required. Nor have there been indications of any physical damage to body parts from continued use. Headache, facial flushing, gastric upset, are all common side effects although all users do not experience them or to the same degree.

I have ED, though, and I need this stuff, or something like it. It seems to me that men who don’t require any erection enhancers to get erections are better off keeping their penile vascular systems healthy through frequent use and those PE methods which promote that than having to rely on pills once the result becomes the only one they like.

This is a negative I know many will not agree with but it is the way I feel: Drugs are hugely abused in our cultures. Many drugs necessary to treat physical or mental illnesses have become street drugs. Our kids are using them for kicks. We are using them for kicks. What happened to natural kicks? There is something wrong with this movie. Is PE a legimate reason to use and rely on a drug? I don’t know.

None of the above says anything to RB’s theory, which I believe, as a regular V user, is sensible. The increase of nitric oxide production, the relaxation of smooth muscle tissue which allows blood flow contribute to a strong, unusually robust erection. Unusually robust erections cause some stretching and expansion. Combined with PE methods, V may well be a contributing factor in growth.

In this context, I am reminded of the successful TV commercial by John Houseman some years ago for one of the stock investment firms. “We earn our money - the hard way.” Any life gain is probably most appreciated if earned the hard way. So with PE.

Avocet makes a very valid point, along with Braker. I’ve “dabbled” in Viagra through the usage of a few sample packs, given to me by my MD for performance anxiety. Can we say “super-wood”??? Hell yeah. But, even though, I was, and am, concerned about psychological addiction. Even IF Viagra can accelerate PE gains, I wouldn’t do it. To me, it’s just too risky. For the guys that DON’T need it, well, take a good long look at the data website. The vast majority of people MAKE gains, without it. Hard work and consistency pay. Would V help? Sure. Do you NEED it? Nope. facts prove it.

….and I still have that unopened pack of V. Just as a reminder.
