Just got my L-Arginine,L-Orinthine,L-Lysine in the mail

Got the combo from Vitamin World for like $13.00 and got a free bottle with it. Looks like in has:
L-Arginine 1,447mg
L-Orinthine 900mg
L-Lysine 1,200mg

It says to take 4 pills a day on an empty stomach before bed or before working out. I just took all 4 at work so I hope I don’t get dizzy or anything. I’ll keep you guys posted on the results. I’m looking for the Peter North “gyser” effect. :)
