L-Arginine seems to be the "miracle amino acid", has anyone seen weight loss and/or muscle gain from taking just this supplement?
Also, has anyone experienced any negative side effects with taking 3g or more of L-Arginine a day? (Skin thickening and coarsening, weakness, diarrhea, nausea, or loss of immunity to viruses, et al)
