L-Arginine is working

OK, OK… after reading all the success stories here, I doubled my dosage of L-arginine from 500mg 2x a day to 2000mg a day.

WELL… I have to tell you that I got some INCREDIBLE results after only a few days! When I orgasmed while having sex with my GF, the discharge was HUGE! Unfortunately, it was mostly out my ass because the increased dosage has given me diarrhea. So not only did I have to throw away the sheets and buy a new mattress; now my GF is afraid to have sex with me again! I guess who could blame her… but at least I didn’t have a friend hiding in the closet filming the incident!

Oh… I forgot to mention that I have not seen any increase in the amount of ejaculate since increasing the dosage of the L-arginine. I usually drink at least a gallon of water each day. That’s a pretty good amount of water each day… but do I need to increase the water intake as well?

Maca and fenugreek along with zma make my loads huge. I can shoot about 4 or 5 times whereas without it maybe twice. Plus the fenugreek seems to make the balls bigger too.

L-arginine is really a blood flow increaser. Blood flow into the testicles can help all the precursors kick in and create more cum. So, it’s really only one factor. Body builders usually take ZMA, (zinc magnesium asperate). Might be a little cheaper than some of the concoctions you’re talking about here. It helps stabilize testosterone, and is usually cheaper than tribulous, etc. You can get the nighttime version of ZMA and take it before bedtime. It seemed to help me for a while, but I rotate through things, or my body adapts to them quickly.

I take about 2000mg of L-arg before a work out, and at bedtime, when I’m training hard. It seems to be enough for me.

There are other testosterone boosters body builders use between cycles that are natural (they use them between the heavy steroid type booster cycles) The two best are 6oxo and Novedex. You can do a search online if you’re interested. I tried them with varying results, but my life has been nothing but trauma and stress for 5 years. Hopefully that’s done.

I didn’t have time to read all the posts, but I read a few. I’m not an expert but there are a few things I know. L-Lysine is antiviral. L-arg is NOT. Completely different stuff. Anti-viral stuff is like zinc, l-lysine, garlic, colloidal silver. Like fighting off werewolves and vampires, ya know.

You will get the shits bad if you are loading too fast, or too much. Creatine will do it also, so will a lot of other things your body is not used to handling in high volume. For example, if you use a lot of zinc, expect to be metal poisoned. Stay within the safe ranges of 15 to 30 mg a day. Also take Vit C and magnesium, or it won’t metabolize properly.

You can buy all kinds of body building crap at 1fast400.com, vigorousliving.com, thepowerstore.com, etc., etc. Just do a google search for the product you want and start comparing prices. For workout info you can go to Bodyforlife.com. A better one is ruggedmag.com. But be prepared to wade through a LOT of stuff you’ll know nothing about if you’re new to body building. Best to get the basics with something like Bodyforlife.com

You have to almost be an encyclopedia about what interacts with what if you’re going to dump this stuff in your system. It can be good, but you really should be reading volumes if your serious about this in the long run. I’ve only been lifting 5 years, and my buddies are clueless about what they are dumping in the bodies and wondering why they are sometimes getting results and sometimes not.

You really have to start with the way you EAT before you start adding a lot of “expensive urine producers.” You have to usually cut back on some carbs, increase proteins and fats, and keep water intake to a minimum of a gallon a day. If you want a healthy sex life, and a healthy cock, you have to keep a healthy body.
PERIOD. NOTHING ELSE IS A SUBSTITUTE, AND IF YOU HAPPEN TO BE LUCKY, IT WILL ONLY BE TEMPORARY.

It’s just like PE. You are either into it for the long haul, or you are going to bitch your life away wondering why you never made any gains. You keep practicing till you get it right. You keep reading and learning.

I ditto that and the rest of what you said.

What a lot of us do, and wrongly, is launch into these supplements without sufficient understanding of what each is doing at its most effective dose along the way. Some here are taking so many supps that they don’t know the affect of any, their mix is so large.

Study and read your own body, not somebody else’s.

I haven’t heard of anybody getting diarrhea from arginine, maybe somebody else can. I have routinely taken up to 3000mg a day over a long period of time with no negative effects. I do try to work in a break from supplements every now and again. Was the arginine taken in powered or from capsule or pill? Maybe your problem is unrelated and just bad luck. Hope all gets better.

It would have to be some weird coincidence because I stopped taking it and the diarrhea went away. I went back the normal dose for a while with no problem and when I tried doubling the dose again, the squirts came back. :-k
